Move Through Life - Seacliff Studio
MTL has brought me so much joy. After a 20 year break I was able to ease back into dance and connect with the old me! The classes are casual and so much fun but still structured enough that you feel you have attended a dance class. This company is for absolutely ANYBODY. Want to start dancing and learn the basics? Danced as a young person and miss it? All ages. There is a class for you here. Jo the Director is invested in developing the skill of her students of all levels in a totally welcoming and enjoyable environment and I'm so glad I went along that first week!

Move Through Life - Seacliff Studio
I was very excited to discover that MTL dance studio offers ballet classes for 50+. I joined a few weeks ago and love the way the classes are structured, the teacher's dedication and overall a nice atmosphere. I already feel better in body and mind and planning to continue as long as I can.
