Hi to everyone at Payam. I just want to say thankyou not just for recovering our precious memories, but for the utter professionalism we experienced throughout the journey. From first contact to delivery of the final product, we never had any concerns and were treated as if we had the highest priority as a client. So I unfortunately found myself in the predicament no one wants to find them selves in. Backup less; I needed a one stop shop that would be able to restore my important data. I chose Payam as they looked to have both firmware and hardware skills and they delivered. It was an expensive endeavor, but true to their word, data was recovered in the time frame that they outlined. Their service was very professional and process flow was amazingly clear. After my 1Tb drive containing Videos of two weddings, Family videos and photos events and irreplaceable data died,. I nearly lost faith in computers.,(Yes this is the drive I backed up the files to). My computer supplier could not recover the files and referred me to PAYAM. Fearing the worst I spoke to Mike and Payam who impressed me with their caring and supportive suggestions offering me hope for a complete recovery of all data. Not only did they achieve this even though the hard drive was completely corrupted but they allowed me to verify that all the files were readable and that I was satisfied before payment was made. A price had been negotiated before hand with wich I was extremely satisfied with. I was contacted by Payam a few days later just to check that I was completely satisfied , with an offer to help if I had any problems. Best thing ever. The guys were so lovely. I was initially a bit disappointed with the lack of communication as I dropped my phone motherboard off to get recovered and I didn't hear anything for a few weeks. I called up and they told me they were busy fixing it, trying different things and ordering parts to keep the cost as low as possible. They were able to fully recover all the data and do so at the minimum cost. I was able to view all the files using Team Viewer to verify the data was successfully recovered before having to pay for it. They sent it back to their office in Melbourne (as I'm located in Melbourne and the lab is Sydney) and I could pick it up at no cost. The technicians were awesome in explaining exactly what went wrong (which as I suspected was a component on the motherboard itself that was faulty and could be repaired without doing a chip transplant) and made me feel confident to bring in a couple of old hard drives that I have had no luck recovering myself.Highly recommend this team and I'll be coming back with hard drive- which the team assured me includes a free assessment before doing anything!

I accidentally formatted my SD card and called Payam Data Recovery. They told me that the videos were lost but it was possible to recover the pictures he managed to do in just a couple of days. They also adjusted the initial budget they provided according to what data was possible to recover. Really nice service.

Amazing service and great communication skills throughout my whole service. They were able to recover my photos and data from my broken samsung phone that I never backed up and thought I would never get back.
