Have been having a monthly massage with Shanna for the last 12 months and I always walk out of there feeling so relaxed and I've certainly noticed a difference with back n shoulder pain that I just lived with being a busy mum of 2 but now i make sure find an hour a month for me. Definitely recommend getting a massage from Shanna or Sarah :)

My monthly massage is the highlight of my month, I'm so thankful that I have a place to go to practice self care that has facilities to look after my children.Purchasing a membership has been the greatest gift to myself and as a working mum it truly has helped with anxiety and general wellness and I highly recommend and encourage anyone to look into a wellness membership!

The massage itself was pretty good, and the ambiance nice, but was pretty disappointed that my 1 hour massage only ended 15 mins early. The therapist used the last 15 mins of my appointment to set the room for the next client. On top of that it would have been nice if they had of told me to arrive early for my first appointment so I could fill in the paperwork, this cut into my appointment by 5 minutes too, meaning my 1 hour massage was actually less than 40 mins.

What an amazing massage studio!I enjoyed a pregnancy massage with Shanna a few months ago, which left me relaxed and feeling so much better. Shanna was very good and attentive!And recently I joined Sarah's baby massage course. Oh my god, it's been amazing! I have learnt A LOT, my baby loved it, we enjoyed the weekly sessions with fellow mums and bubs and now my baby (and I) get to enjoy a massage almost every night before bed. What an empowering experience! :)Thank you Sarah and team! I'll be back soon for another massage for myself and will make use of the creche facilities.

I had a great massage with Shae today, loved how she explained all that was happening, hot towels were great and the bed was comfy.Only thing that I thought was missing was some soft, relaxing music. Thanks again Susan.

Sarah was phenomenal! It's been almost 3 years since my last massage and hubby bought me a voucher for Christmas. With a toddler, it's far too easy to put yourself last but the convenience of having Shelley there to look after my daughter I was able to completely relax and enjoy a rare hour to myself to unwind. Highly highly recommend and I'll be back and bringing hubby with me.
