Went into the store late one afternoon and ordered almost a whole house worth of furniture- great customer service and when delivery wasn’t coming when it was due the store sorted it out. My lounge arrived a month early than expected and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of all the furniture. Highly recommend the Robina store.

I’ve had positive experiences with Nick Scali (in Sydney) in the past, having bought a good dining table there a couple years ago. So when I needed a lounge set for my new home, I went straight to the Nick Scali store in Robina. From when I entered, I felt like I was treated only as a sale and pressured to make a purchase. I spent more than $4,600 on two lounges and an ottoman and was told they would deliver in 8–12 weeks. Then two months in, I received a notification that it would only arrive in the state 15 weeks from date of purchase. I went back to the store to check with the salesperson and he said the delivery wasn’t even scheduled and may take even longer. I noticed in store that the lounges I ordered were about $400 cheaper and asked if they would price match but they refused, not even as a goodwill gesture to compensate for the delayed delivery. Harvey Norman six months ago refunded me $1,000 for a bed to match a sale price before it was delivered. Nick Scali’s disappointing customer care has put me off returning in the future.UPDATE 9/2/23: After receiving the reply below from Nick Scali to contact them directly, I emailed them and recounted my experience. I received no response for two weeks so I followed up, only to receive a curt and generic note repeating that they won’t match their own promotional prices and won’t do anything about delayed shipment. They didn’t even look into my order and offer any personalised update on the shipping. I feel like they only made me waste my time by reaching out.

Extremely poor quality and customer service. Buyers beware you will not get what you paid for. Even if something is in stock.We are left 1000s of dollars in debt needing to replace faulty items.Nick Scali will not take any responsibility for anything they processed or organised.I will be telling all my business owner friends, family and clients to never use Nick Scali after the appalling service we have received.

Nick Scali’s Warranty repair didn’t last 2 months with spring and screws falling out of recliner. Very disappointing. NO NAME BRANDS last longer then Nick Scali. A $4000 Nick Scali couch requires replacement after 4yrs.Poor customer service. Poor qualityNo recommendations here.Order No. Q101976NICK SCALI RESPONSE“We don’t warrant our repairs from the day they were fixed”.

Very poor customer service. They do not value their customers. Why is an aussie company not allowing customers to call a store directly? Calls go to Philippines then they email the store. I had to drive to.my store to ask a question about my order. Also they refuse to take your packaging away after delivery. I was left with a trailer load I had to stuff in my household bin for weeks. I would not shop there again. Love the lounges though

Wish I could have given a better review as staff in the store were friendly and helpful when they had the time to serve you, seems like the store was understaffed for the demand. Ordered a rather expensive lounge in January and told it would be approx 8-12 weeks due to supply issues" which was understandable with everything happening. Delivery was coming up with no updates so decided to contact through the website only to get a condescending reply from the support team. Eventually got notification of delivery 6 months later! Delivery did not go as planned

Beware the delivery service!! What a farce. Organised a Monday delivery date, confirmed... truck driver didn't turn up for work. Verbally confirmed the next delivery 2 days later... no show. Still waiting, now 10 days, while our furniture sits in Brisbane. NS 3rd party delivery service is useless, unreliable. NS, consider the poor reviews and try providing some customer service. Your delivery service reflects poorly on NS and we would think twice before shopping at NS again based on our experience.

I ordered 2 lounges and had multiple delivery dates cancelled. The second couch we have been waiting 15 weeks and still no delivery date. Purchasing is an easy process of course, but actually receiving it, I have had to make multiple phone calls and issues.

Having visited various furniture stores to buy 2 sofas we selected Nick Scalli in Robina. Given we had some concern about our purchase we were delighted with the service we received at the store. We would give 5* s but the excellent service at the store was not matched by the phone customer support. Having to ring and find we were 20th in queue to speak to store was ridiculous because we drove there immediately to find it was very quiet. Obviously the centralised system with no direct link to the store debases the service in the store which was unmatched by the phone service.

We bought a lounge in October 2021. We were advised if we picked a particular colour we would have it by the 16th Dec. Still no lounge and it has now been delayed to January 2022. I went in store today and saw the lounge further discounted. I rang Nick Scali to see what their policy was regarding non delivered goods and price matching. I was told I would have to for go 30% of the price $~$600 to have it refunded and they did not price match their own products even though it was their decision for delivery delays. I’m sure I’ll get a covid excuse in the response but as a consumer I would prefer to be told the truth rather then promised and not deliver on that promise. Very disappointed.Update: I contacted Nick Scali and per below and the cycle starts over again. Not surprised what so ever.
