Called Buchan Towing after getting bogged at Lake Tyres, was quoted a price to get me out but I said not to worry because I’d planned to stay for a week and thought someone will come past and help, next morning a 4wd turns up and it was Buchan Towing just checking to see if I was ok, he then pulled me out in 5min, goes to show that country people still care about people and not just $$$, thanks again Col,Highly recommend them

We had our vehicle towed by Buchan Towing after breaking down. I called several towing places and kept getting the same results: no one could tow us for 2-3 days.. Buchan Towing were able to send someone STRAIGHT AWAY! They were polite and professional over the phone and listened to our concerns (which was particularly reassuring following a previous bad experience with a different towing service through RACV). You can tell they pride themselves in offering quality service in their family business. The driver, Rowan, was capable and experienced. He went above and beyond by checking we felt comfortable with his driving around tight curves and through the mountains. He also offered to stop along our journey as we broke down quite a distance from home. The service was well priced in comparison to other quotes we got as well. We're so thankful to Buchan Towing for getting us home safe and sound and really taking care!

Got the job done but massively overpriced

Professional and effective, so glad these guys were able to pull me out from the bush track I was on to solid bitumen. Hopefully won't get stuck again, but if I do, good to know these guys have your back.

What a joke this bloke is. 500 he wanted to charge to move a car 14 klm because it had a slight accident and one tyre came off the rim.Hahaha now it’s getting done at the right price

Always friendly and good sevice used their service again today o collect a small truck chassis ..This is the 4th time we have used them and every time it has been a pleasure dealing with Buchan towing .Young Brian is friendly and experienced .Highly recommend them

I can’t recommend Buchan Towing enough . John understood the brief from the start and Rowan and Brian completed the the extraction of this old scarifier without damaging a frond on the fennel bulb . It was all done with a cool, slow and steady approach that was beyond impressive. Everyone I dealt with was friendly polite and efficient. The kind of people East Gippsland can be proud of and support.
