Dolphin Pools

These guys are absolutely useless. We living in a rental where they took months to half finish the pool. The pool is left in an extremely child unsafe state and we have been trying to get the issue fixed. When I build I would definitely not bother trying to use this company again. Classic stitch ups..

We lived (as renters) in the home with one of the pools featured prominently in their advertising. It was just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. However, it was also completely unusable. The heater did not work, despite multiple repair visits. The pool and spa controls did not work properly. The design made the lovely landscaping very difficult/impossible to maintain. Worst of all, it developed a significant leak, and the structure was such it would be very expensive to repair. If you choose this company, I would suggest you pay very close attention to the functional aspects of their work.

Built our concrete pool a few years ago and about 2 months ago the plaster started to crack and peel back in numerous spots which was of major concern. Contacted them straight away and was told that the person i needed to talk to was out and could he call back. 7 days later i followed up as nobody had called and i was then asked to email some photos of the damage which i did. 10 days later and 3 x calls later still no response from them which i am fuming about given we spent upwards of $50k with them. I finally contacted another company who came out immediately and quoted a reasonable cost to repair and they commenced the work almost straight away. If you are thinking of using Dolphin, don't expect any after sales care at all. Happy to take your money up front though. Terrible company

Pool looked good when finished , trying to get the owners back to do maintenance impossible. 3 years now still waiting for stuff to be repaired from 18 months ago . They promise everything and do half of what they say, I will be heading up the there office this week.

I was a new build, requested a mineral system where there was minimal chlorine, small spa with mosaics, the owner himself later the tiles, many were cracked, uneven and different colours. When requested fixing was told it was not worth it and find someone else, my house tiler( much to his dismay) relayed the tiles over the top and did a great job. Dolphin decided now that he had repaired their mistakes to compete the pool. Once the hand over was done the pool emptied once the filter was on, there was a crack in the pipe underneath. They dug up under my exposed aggregate to fix the crack and I now have unstable paving.I then had to replace the pump to and a quieter one, installed my own UV sanitizer and chlorine probe to minimize chlorine as I did not get my mineral system.. and to top it off they did not even install a spa jet button at the spa site, so we have to walk to the pump each time to turn jets on and off.Complete disaster and the owners are nothing but salesmen.. shame.. .

This company built our concrete pool 8 years ago. Now, in 2016 the plaster has chipped away and we have asked the rep for this company to come, have a look, explain what went wrong and give us a quote to repair. We did not ask for the warranty. We communicated to them many times and were told that somebody would come and provide a quote. In 3 months nobody bothered to do so or at least let us know that they were not interested in such job.Bad customer service and bad quality of work. Do not tust them to do your pool.

Dolphin built us a pool. They were very professional, did the work on time and were very responsive with fixing a couple of issues that happened later.

Looking at some of the 1 star reviews I could save time by copying and pasting. Seems a common theme with this company in relation to lack of after sales service.Multiple calls made. Spoke to different people who make plenty of excuses and no one calls you back to make a time to view works required let alone book a time to do works.You’re best looking elsewhere.

Unfortunately despite the last 6 months phoning, writing and visiting the show room in an attempt to have some basic repairs done, nothing. No follow up or accountability to our requests which is disappointing and quite frankly arrogant in our opinion. We built our second pool with Dolphin Pools based on previous quality after sales service, follow through and high integrity standards which are no longer evident or practiced today based on our current experience.Very disappointed and would not use this company again.

What a nightmare of a company. Unprofessional. Don't respond to correspondence. Don't follow through with commitments. Don't understand customer service. 18 months of planning and wasted time with no result. Don't waste time and effort.
