Multifencing

Love our new fence to bits. So pleased we found Multifencing! Had quite a few quotes prior before seeing a fence installed by you guys and liked what I saw. Not only was your quote cheaper, but the communication was very pleasing. The expertise shown by Nathan & Ken was amazing.Very hapoy with the end result.Highly recommend your business to friends & neighbours.

Sadly the service from Multifencing was awful, so I went elsewhere. It started well with a quick quote and reasonable pricing but the quote wasn't what we'd asked for. When it came to getting an updated quote they were impossible. I sent repeated emails in reply to the quote over a period of weeks and made a number of phone calls but they never got back to me. They've done fences for me in the past that have been good, but the service really lets them down.

Although other companies were recommended we chose Multi Fencing and glad we did. Gary who prepared the competitive quote was prompt and responsive. The installer, Robbo, did an absolutely fantastic job. He asked questions and gave us options to ensure the job was of a high standard. Overall he exceeded our expectations. Well done guys. Great experience from the initial quote and site visit through to the installation. The estimator was very thorough in understanding the site and job and ultimately providing the best option for our property. The installers also were very thorough and took the time to stop work and ask for our input on the best way forward in certain tricky spots, rather than just plowing ahead to get the job done ASAP.Very happy with the final product and would definitely use again.

Fence and retaining wall installed at James st Charlestown. Absolutely amazing job. Very happy with the service and workmanship. All rubbish removed. Would have no hesitation to recommend this company .

I excepted a quote and a few weeks later Multifencing sent one bloke out to do the job when they clearly should of sent 2. The job was very rough missing sleepers, sleepers cut in half when they were told to use one full sleeper under each section of colour bond fence. After numerous emails over 2 months they sent a bloke to fix the problem. He went to my address which had no side access when he was supose to enter through my neighbours yard, he did not do anything and left. Had to get another to come back and job was still not done properly. Clearly there is very poor communication between office workers and contractors because instructions I left were not followed at all. My neighbour and I were both left disappointed with the job. Sleepers look dodgy where they are cut in half and now have weeds coming under my fence!

Had the quote and had no verification of the design 2 weeks later. No returned calls or emails answered. Very unprofessional. Disappointed with the whole experience

Had the quote done for a custom gate, tried to confirm the design plan. I attended the office and spoke to Bonnie, unhelpful. Sent 2 emails and 3 phone calls 2 weeks later. Still no plan drawing. Just gave up in the end.

Waited 11 days to secure first appointment of the day.Explained I needed to leave for work and was assured I was first, well no, recieved a message 45 mins after appointment time informing me they were there and no one was home. When I replied to say I waited 25mins after appointment time and no one came I was outright lied to saying they were there before time and they rang and knocked twice.I called to state what had happened and was apologised to by staff and offered to re book.Um NoI emailed message details to office never heard back.I waited over a week just for someone to quote. I was accused of not being home and lied to.I found a top fencer recommended by Our Town Fencing.So thanks for treating me poorly it worked out better for me.I can not comment on their work but service was disgusting.
