I ordered a Hunter irrigation control box kit and manifold on a Sunday 18th afternoon and had it delivered the next day. Products are good quality, the help section on their website is awesome and explains everything in the detail for an irrigation novice. Good products, great service and quality help! Really positive experience. Staff were extremely helpful with selection of a particular spray head. Original items sent out in an online order were not what I expected, however as soon as I got in contact with the Elsternwick store, they helped explain the differing types of heads and allowed an in store exchange the following week.Will definitely be coming back for future irrigation needs!

Warwick is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, prompt and reliable. I was after a small irrigation project but the options and combinations out there were really confusing. He provided his expertise and I got all the necessary and professional grade parts which made it into a fun turn-key project. There was a faulty part but once again he provided exceptional after sales support. I can't recommended Warwick and Sunshower highly enough.

Clinton is the best!! Spent so long explaining to me what irrigation controller to select and what would be most beneficial. Explained the most economical ways to select the best system. The online chat got busy but he still took the time to find my email and type out a detailed message, explaining everything clearly and clearing all my doubts. So impressive!! A++++++ service :)

As a newbie to irrigation, the staff at Sunshower made what would normally be an intimidating experience, a pleasant one. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and above all things, extremely patient. They were like this with all customers that came into the store whilst I was there. The best place in melbourne to get irrigation supplies. They have the good quality items and at a great price. Highly recommend. Did my irrigation system myself (~4K project , quoted over 10K by shops). Had atleast 15% savings and better quality items compared to other stores and bunnings.
