Used TSO after having been recommended them. Was not disappointed!! I walked into the office and Rhys said “we haven’t worked on your vehicle before, what can you tell me about it?” Never been asked that before by a mechanic, from there on it just got better. Quick chat about the vehicle, rundown of costs and the way ahead in the future regarding servicing and addressing any issues. Vehicle service was spot on, punctual, thorough and the Amarok runs like a dream. I’ll be going back for sure and can’t recommend them enough.

Wouldn't take my Volkswagen's anywhere else in town. The knowledge Rhys and the team have is a major cost saver for servicing and repairs. The guys are honest, thorough and fair.

Having problems with my ranger and call up one of car service centre in rocky and they recommended TSO to solve my cars problem. And call up TSO for car repair and I expect couple of days work and amount of $$$$ but what happen is opposite,my ranger done before arvo and less $$$$ I paid.

Great people to deal with, Reese really knows his stuff and Rosie was a delight. They explained things thoroughly and called me back to see if everything was good. Can’t ask for better than that. 5 stars all round.

My biggest mistake was not taking my Amarok to TSO first or sooner! They are the only people who could resolve its issues. The car is amazing to drive now. Thanks so much guys and gals.

Had my new car dropped of here for the full treatment. Suspension, intercooler, breather extension, 3inch system, engine and gearbox tune. Great workmanship and service. A couple thousand kays on it now and it flipping canes. V6 Amarok.

Rhys, Rosie and the team at TSO Mechanical are actual life savers. I did that fuel thing, you know petrol into a diesel car late on a Thursday afternoon. Anyway long story short, not being from the area, I was given the number for TSO Mechanical and they could not of helped me more. They accepted my car at 4.45pm Thursday afternoon and had it back to me, good a new by 11.30am Friday. This helped me greatly as I was on a work trip and still had 1,500km to travel. Everyone was friendly and kept me up to date as to what was happening with my car and not once did they make me feel like the idiot I was. Highly recommend this business it is something to aspire to.

TSO's attention to detail and workmanship was amazing, and their communication was clear and honest from the beginning. A very professional business Rhys and Rosie have but together. Quality of workmanship and service is second to none. Exhaust, EGR clean, Tune, Richards Lockup kit and Trans remap.
