EziBuilt Steel Sheds

Great sheds and friendly staff and that's worth 5 stars but, communication to customers and even between office staff and workers is apparently woefully disappointing. 5 days the office staff haven't communicated with the builders so I can't find out when they might be coming. No communication as to when stuff is being delivered until the morning of the delivery. We were informed it was on its way when in fact it didn't leave the yard for over 1 1/2 hours later So they lied about it. Due their poor communications the delivery had to be turned away other commitments made the previous week took priority. The office receptionists are totally overpaid for what they do (unless they work for free)as they fail to follow up on calls and complaints the only people to deal with there are the owners.

After having a shed built by another company in the same area, not long ago I think I'm in a position to compare, only there's no comparison.The first shed was built by the mob in Boat Harbour Drive and was an absolute disaster, so imagine my relief when the blokes from Ezibuilt came out to our block and went through everything with us. Ezibuilt asked all the right questions to cater exactly to our needs, unlike the other mob.Once we signed up work was started in a reasonable time and all the work along the way has been of the highest quality, excavations, concreting, everything, unlike the other mob.The quality of the shed, including the materials and fixings is excellent, unlike the other mob.The shed has just been finished, Clayton has done the handover and we couldn't be happier.I would strongly recommend Ezibuilt if you want fantastic quality and workmanship throughout every step of the process. If you don't then go to the other mob.

These guys did an awesome job building my shed. Right from the very first meeting to completion, the communication, professionalism, and service was second to none. Highly recommended, I will definitely be dealing with Ezybuilt again if I ever need another shed built

I got a shed built with Ezibuilt sheds, from the get go they have been great to deal with. Peter who did the drawings and pricing was easy to communicate with, got back with followup and got things sorted that we had to do with council. Earthworks was done to a great standard with attention to detail of the land and batters for support of the pad. Clayton and the build team Ron and Jason were great, communicated with us through out the build. The build was done within time frame even though we had lots of rain which caused delays. I can't recommend Ezibuilt sheds Highly enough, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Hi I had a one of shed in kit form. Although it took quite a few month's to eventuate and a couple of mistakes, I have to say communication was great, and most importantly was that even though mistakes were made, they did not at any stage blame me as the customer and that is worth 5 stars. Most companies won't take responsibility for there mistakes. I can't thank them enough for there help, and patience. Great shed. Great to talk to. No they did not pay me to say this.
