Dr Terri's Home Vet Visits

Dr Terri was wonderful with my dog who has previously been very anxious with other vets. So helpful for her (and I) to have veterinary services in the relaxed environment of our own home. We will definitely have Dr Terri back again!

Caring and Communication are 2 words that best describe Terri.It's rare to find a vet now who really cares about animals and who communicates well with owners so they are informed, feel heard and understood. Terri is amazing at both of these.She doesn't dismiss you and then 'not' treat as it 'doesn't fit the 'protocol' of the surgery. This was my experience with one of my cats. She does what is appropriate for the animal, in the situation. This is a true, empathetic, value driven vet.She's a diamond... she is a rare find.My other cat was diagnosed with diabetes and no matter how small the question or the issues that are faced (such as him getting a virus and not know how to handle the situation with his diabetes) Terri provides the answers and makes sure that you feel that 'you have got this!' She gives you confidence in the unknown.

Terri is very compassionate and caring to owners and their pets

My very old dog forgot her manners when Dr Terri clipped her claws! Fortunately she didn’t even notice her vaccination. Hopefully she will remember liver treats next time. So grateful to have a very professional vet visit us at home as I a not mobile at the moment. I highly recommend her.

Our names are PETA and Diane Davis, and we lost our two groodles last year and this year about 7.5 months ago, dr terri was so compassionate and caring , she did everything possible to help Bella our groodle during the last few weeks she was with us,And when it was time to say goodbye amount of genuine care and compassion Dr Terri showed wasBeyond anything I had seen before, she could see how upset I was and stayed until I assured her I would be ok.We have since received another groodle puppy and I called Dr Terri to take care of all of her required check ups and needs, because I just could not trust anybody else with the care of our new groodle furbaby.I give Dr Terri 10 out 5stars in my review.

I would definitely recommend and would use Dr Terri again, she saved both of us from alot of anxiety!

I called Dr Terri to my home as we have an older dog that is not so good with other dogs. Terri was well prepared with treats on hand and won both our puppas over instantly.Dogs are much more at ease when in their own territory.Dr Terri is a professional, responsive, compassionate, informative Vet and I highly recommend her for your Fur babies.Thank you Terri!

We used Terri’s services on Sunday - 26/6 !! To be honest and I am a Nurse - I haven’t met a more rude and in compassionate person - Terri arrived late - was greeted at the door !! And immediately said - she needed to use our toilet as she had travelled an hour. Sorry wouldn’t you use one of the way or leave earlier to allow for this. Was not interested in what we had to say ! Showed no compassion !! I would have used Sunset Vets had they of not been booked out ! She explained briefly what she was going to do - gave our baby a relaxant and then the overdose as she said - which you shouldn’t say it like that !! She was gone in 10 minutes !! Late, no compassion or empathy - paid the 350.00 and left as stated 10 minutes later !! How rude - please be careful when picking a home Vet for euthanasia!! My Son and everyone were much worse because of Terri’s attitude ! Terri you are in the wrong professional and willLet everyone I know about you !! So disappointed and let down ! On such an occasion we didn’t want a negative and heartless Vet !! Thankfully Pet Rest were wonderful !! I would give no stars if I had my way ! As stated - 2 people here were Nurses and thought the same !!! So rude !!
