I am super impressed with these guys. I ordered after the cut off time without realising and I was super disappointed to find out that it wouldn't be delivered until Monday. I wrote to them with some pretty strong feedback about their processes and custoner service.They took my feedback and worked out a solution to get the flowers to my friend the same day. They didn't have to help but they did and I was super impressed. Thank you Springwood Florist, you made her and my day.

I come here to buy flowers for special occasions. Today I visited to buy some flowers for my partner.I usually have a nice bouquet for 40-50$. Now they were selling what I usually get for 30 dollars for 100 dollars. Find it very dissapointing that they decided to make you pay more then 3 times what you usually pay the day before Valentine's.I have decided I won't be coming back here for my other occasions either and recommend you don't go here either. There is a more honest florist down the road.

My partner ordered me some flowers today and realised, once they had been delivered, that he had forgotten to say I was allergic to the perfume of white lilies. You were very understanding and kind to offer to replace the arrangement with another beautiful bunch of flowers. It made our day. We really appreciate your amazingness!

Walked in off the street with no forewarning, and not much idea of what I wanted. I gave the florist a colour, as that was the only detail I was certain of, and told her my price range. She began to assist me with options and ideas, and once I'd decided, she started immediately. For the price range I was in, she created a stunning bouquet. At first I thought she had misheard how much I was spending, because the bouquet was astonishing. Fast, friendly, and such great value for money, would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Lesley and the team at Springwood Florist did not disappoint. The floral arrangement for my mums funeral where absolutely beautiful. The arrangements were based on roses and they stood out among the other arrangements. Beautiful chapel flowers of lillies and roses and reflections flowers did not disappoint. My mum would be so greatful for these beautiful flowers. Thank you again!

Called at the last moment to organise a bouquet of flowers for my parents 46th anniversary. Dad was about to pass away, wasn’t expected to make it till today, explained the urgency as he could have gone any minute. The banquet was not only beautiful but delivered within an hour. Best florist in the mountains. Have noticed a few negative comments regarding prices over mother's day but everyone must keep in mind that the markets put prices right up two weeks before. They do the same with valentine's day. Springwood Florist have a great variety of very fresh flowers already made up or you can buy flowers loose or wonderful staff will make something special up for you. Lovely plants, pots, vases, and gifts to choose from. They deliver Monday to Saturday. Great business.
