Restaurant gave us undercooked burgers, making us sick. Then denied our request for a refund. Shocking service will not be eating there again.

The AB I ordered was horrible.. presentation was terrible, I couldn’t even recognise the sauces, it was a Mess. Not worth $17.90 at all.

Went here tonight 29/12/19 and it was the worse experience I've had at any burger phactory place, rang in our order and they couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand them with very little English they speak, finally got our order in got told 30 mins max and was 50 mins instead ( could understand if they was busy but there was maybe 2 other orders max )Went to pay and got told we had to pay extra $4 for a patty we didn't ask for so they pulled the burger apart and chucked that patty straight into the freezer, got home with our food and onion rings was burnt for one, asked for a burger that had optional for chilli sauce and asked to make sure it was off and it was flooded with hot chilli sauce, all burgers were dry and disgusting, will never go back and would suggest save yourself some money and not go there.

All curly fries and crinkle cut fries were cold and unappetizing. The lamb goddess burger was given a pass by my man, but he was wonderingwh it cost so much. I got the poutin matini, was soggy and lukewarm. Maybe it doesn't translate to delivery? Maybe if you are as soon as it was cooked?

Hands down the worst order we have ever got from Menulog/uber. My hotdog was cold, dry and just all around awful. My chips were cold and soggy and my partners loaded chips were the most horrible, barf looking concoction I've ever seen. Thank God you ran out of cheesecake. If I could give a minus star I would.

Tryed this place tonight 29/12/19. Have to say is the worst place i have ever gone to yet. Got some burgers and onion rings once we got passed the language barrier as we had trouble understanding each other. The burgers are the worst I have ever got and the onion rings were majorly overcooked. Called in my order was told about 30 mins and nearly took them 1 hour.They also tried to charge me for a extra Patty i did not order. So they took it off my burger and put the cooked patty straight into the freezer for another customer to get food poisoning from I guess.I will never go here again and in would recommend for everyone else to avoid this place. If I could give them a minus score I would

Food was an hour late and the food was cold. Chips way too salty, and AB had way too much sauce. Wont be going again
