Bond Back Cleaners saved us with less than 24 hour notice when the cleaners we booked weeks in advance failed to show.Seeing as it was almost Christmas and my partner and I were going to move internationally, we have no flexibility to change our move out date.The cleaners were professional and efficient. They truly went above and beyond what we expected and we will definitely use and recommend them again if we return to Adelaide.

Booked Bond Back Cleaners for 0800 this morning, for an end of tenancy clean. Our leasing agent scheduled an open for this afternoon, assured that the property would be professionally cleaned. After getting up at 0630 to drive over to our rental unit, no cleaner arrived, no one responded to multiple calls or emails, and I had to arrange an alternative at very late notice - incurring additional expense. Avoid.

I had our rental cleaned today & the team did an absolutely fantastic job!The house is absolutely spotless and exactly as I asked. I have no doubt the real estate agent will be ecstatic with the result on final inspection tomorrow.The only feedback I have is to let them know about any carpeted stairs when asking for a quote as these were not quoted and were an extra cost.Highly recommend these guys for an end of lease clean!

Absolutely terrible. Don't fall for this scam.Demanded $370 cash for a 1 bedroom unit clean. Refused to answer phone calls when I wanted them to review their substandard work. Did not clean window sills, range hood, walls or behind any of the furniture. Refused to reply to calls from both myself and the real estate agent.I had to get the clean done again by a different company.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
