QLeave - Portable Long Service Leave

The operator I spoke with apologised that the manager Beverley" did not call me or my husband as promised. Also there were no details of the 4 or 5 calls we had placed in the previous weeks.I lodged the documents with Qleave in March and my husbands annual leave has ended. Terrible service."

A truly frustrating experience. Takes 40 mins+ to get anyone on the phone. Sent off an enquiry 2 months ago, followed up with 3 emails and have not received anything back - even to the original person I spoke with. Have now called to check in on the account updates and have been informed I dont have a 3rd party authority (despite being able to complete a number of requests in the past) - asked to complete another form and call back once I have received approval as a third party authority - guessing this means another 2 month+ wait and another 40mins sitting on the phone. My only question - has my original request been actioned. We cant confirm this to you. Need to speak to the worker - is he there? No he's at work!Guess my time isn't as important as theirs. This department needs some attention, increase in staff and assistance. Have been informed that the Compliance Eligibility Staff have a significant back log. When I asked how long, was informed, I'm sorry I simply don't know. The only corporation this would be acceptable in, is the Govt. Absolutely useless.

I received a letter from Q leave regarding some entitlements for me to claim. I rang and spoke to a couple of representatives from Q leave,finally I Spoke to Chris from North Gate and he couldn't have been more helpful, totally satisfied with my correspondence with him. He helped me sort out my application and was professional in his efforts to help me. Thanks for your support and advice. Regards Darryl Beetham.

Was Reading all of the negative reviews about dealing with Q Leave and was a bit hesitant to call. I got straight through to a person had all my questions answered and found the lady to be super helpful she even asked if i wanted to start a claim even though it was right before her knock off on a Friday Arvo. Great customer service. Thanks

they dont deserve a single star but. i got a random email from them that raises red flags. con, much. whats worse is that people fell for these guys. former/current disgruntled customers, you only have yourselves to blame. use your heads. think. they're not govt, idiot.as for the one whom was confused about their supervisor" role lol i love comedy

No communication during the claim process. Then Qleave made an error on my claim payment, half dozen phone calls and 6 months later it still hasn't been resolved despite being told It had been escalated and I'd be called back on a number of those phone calls. I've given up on seeing my $1000 :(

They never answer emails, just a pain together in contact with, was told they would update my details and nothing has happened, very frustrating.

Had Jo on the phone from customer service. She was amazing helped with all my issues

Dealt with Paul and Sarah to get my leave backdated they were both a pleasure to deal with.
