Binary was our telecoms supplier for a couple of years. They performed well early on. I was happy to recommend them to others. However, with the change of personnel at Binary and the growth of our business, the conversion to NBN at our Qld factory and a new warehouse in Vic was handled poorly, ending with supply issues, billing issues, contract and pricing issues. Moving from a failing ADSL to NBN in Vic ended up in a dispute. The ability and desire to assist and rectify said issues after repeated requests was non existent, leading to us requesting intervention by the Telecoms Ombudsman. A reduced settlement was made, however, our company ended up paying for a product that did not work and services not provided. Ultimately we were pleased to see the back of this company and have now found a reliable and much more cost effective telecoms provider nationally.
