My experience with EP was exceptional. Jai provided a personalised interstate service that went beyond what I could have expected in pre-sale, design and commissioning as well as thorough after sales support. I feel like creating another project just to work with these guys.

I purchased the Super Star ducted gas central heating system from Eco Pacific for my parents and it has served them incredibly well. We were extremely impressed by the care and professionalism of all the staff that came to install and setup the system. Eco Pacific were extremely knowledgable and offered great suggestions on the unit and placement of the air ducts. I also need to acknowledge the patience the staff displayed in explaining how to use and best optimise the system, particularly given my parent's age and limited English skills. Thank you!

Thank you to Jai and the team at Eco Pacific.The Eco Pacific heater has been working perfectly for 6 years but a rattle has started to develop. The boys worked out that the rattle was not from the heater itself but from a pipe leading to the heater. The noise was rectified.Jai even followed up with a courtesy call afterwards to see if i was happy with the outcome. All good. 5 stars... Thank You

while there are many products in the market, it all boils down to quality of service....the team at Eco Pacific was fantastic. making numerous trips to ensure everything was in order & undertaking any maintenance work necessary. This service provider is highly recommended.

Dealing with the company turned out to be a nightmare. I had an aqua-breeze evap cooler that was dumping water. I called this company because they manufacture them. They sent out a service guy (3 days after I called) and he changed the card, inlet and outlet valves, but it did not fix it. He then said it was because the box had become tilted, which is fair enough. He said he would organize an installer" to level it. This is where the nightmare really begain. The first installer was a two time no-show. The company eventually organized a second installer. He was no-show on the first appointment

I had a Daikin Inverter installed since summer, and the cooling and heating work great. The installers were professional and met all appointments so I wasn't waiting around. The electrician finished the job, tested the unit and certified the installation. They were also helpful and explained operation and maintenance. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

One of the worst company to deal with.Sam the owner doesn’t know what customer service is. Stay away from this company.

Hi It was Great experience to speak with Eco pacific staff. I got really good help from them to choose complete heating and cooling system for my house. They charged exactly what they quoted. Also they provided good support even after we purchased the unit.

Have a older aqua breeze system. Asked for a service and new pads. $650. Didn't bother to show up. Doing some renovations and need a vent reinstalled. As in a square cut in the new ceiling and it put back in. Duct and vent are fine and sitting in ceiling.Lets try them again, get it serviced and pay a little extra to refit the vent.I put in a web callback form. No response or callback so my wife called them yesterday afternoon.Very happy to service it. But utter refusal and then a lecture about how its the installers, we need to contact the installers not them or their service team. Cant/wont do it.Makes no sense to me..but its their business they can do what they want. So im getting a local company to cut a hole and refit. ($120) which I'd have preferred to pay eco pacific as I want to service the system before summer.Owner called this morning in response to the webform, unaware of the call yesterday. Can service and reinstall vent for $660.Semi rude also and defensive.Nah guys. I've had 4 control units, two ive paid for out of warranty, multiple faults, a no show, you don't get to be rude too.I'd rather rip the system out than deal with you again.

Purchased their heating system, broke down every winter, got them to come out and repair under warranty, today it broke down again, out of warranty period, time to install a reliable heating unit. Avoid at all cost
