Paul's Car Wash

I’ve been coming here a bit and have been very satisfied. However today’s job was horrible. Yes the car was dirty was dirty inside but that’s why I wanted it cleaned. I had to re clean the interior. I opened the boot area and it was a mess with no vacuuming at all. Just horrible. I took the car back to my workshop and used high pressure air to move the dirt in carpets and a simple cleaner to get the seats clean. Sadly my business with Paul’s car wash is over ..

Really impressed with the job that was done the attention to detail.I have custom floor mats which were removed and cleaned thoroughly and even put back in place correctly I had a special request as I have white wheels that get pretty dirty with brake dust and road grime these were cleaned properly the only part that was missed but I am fussy was the exhaust tips but hey that's not a normal part of a wash.Five stars guys I will back for sure

Quality clean, reasonable price. Would attend here again, the food in the cafe was a great touch, ( when you have a good hour to wait worth every minute) was little on the high price for what it was.

Great staff and very friendly service. Very warm welcome from Paul and a lovely waiting area with good coffee. But when it comes to car cleaning, it’s a bit of a different story.I brought in two cars for the $60 and $80 packages and the results are a little steep for the price. Maybe it was just 4pm on a warm Saturday afternoon and everyone wanted to go home. The cars are mostly clean but some details were missed which is a shame. Both cars had visible watermarks remaining, semi cleaned rims, tyres, and glass, and a big smear of wax left on the front of the car that had the $80 service.Overall, brilliant customer service but outcome of the clean is really disappointing. Might have not washed it at all and spent the money elsewhere.

Firstly, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The cafe is lovely and relaxing. They entire place is almost spotlessly clean. They also have a loyalty program which gives you a free wash after a certain amount of visits.In terms of the wash etc, overall they did a great job. They were fairly thorough, however there were a few little things they missed such as the glovebox and parts of the roof.It was also a little strange that I couldn't find the prices anywhere until I actually drove in. Maybe I missed them? Either way I've attached a photo of the prices (which aren't too bad considering the effort they put in).Something else to note is that there is a maximum vehicle height of 2m.

Just picked up my car today, was very disappointed !! Paid $110 for deluxe wash , not worth it , it is better to take the car to auto wash for $22 and vacuum yourself for another $6 you will get a better result. I don’t know how they can charge clients at high price with poor quality service. Sand still every where , dust still on dashboard, mark’s still on seats …… NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE!!!

I have taken my car in to Paul's Car Wash on a couple of occasions. The first time was to have the outside of the car cleaned. On the second occasion, I requested for the inside of the car to be vacuumed, the boot cleaned and the body washed. On both the occasions, they did a very good job. Having used a couple of other car wash places of a similar nature, I found the work done by the staff at Paul's place to be exceptional and with great attention to detail. The work is carried out very speedily as well so the wait time is quite quick. There is a large cafe/wait area where you can sit down and have a coffee, watch TV or just relax while you wait for your car to be cleaned.Definitely a place to visit if you need your car to be cleaned quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My car was expertly cleaned and refreshed with an acceptable wait time. I highly recommend this establishment.

First timers to Paul’s car wash at Nailsworth on main north road. To test them out , we did the $28 option, being the hand wash & dry, on the outside of the car only. We were told it be a 45 min wait, which it was. We settled back on the verandah & relaxed in the Friday afternoon sun. This place is terrific…super organised, loyalty washes, great cafe and best of all, the car wash took 45 minutes & they did a great job. Maybe we got them on a good day as a number of reviews stated they were disappointed with them. But we were happy.. we’ll definitely be back. I gave them 4 stars ⭐️ - as room to improve, that one step further is always a winner
