Melton Medical Clinic

I have used this practice for a number of years now and find the doctors and staff friendly and helpful. I like how the practice uses the Appointuit app so I can see availability and make appointments through my phone and the pathology department next door.

I just attempted to join this morning to be told that the doctors have instructed that no more new patients....LOL... I think not?A beautiful helpful patient attempts to assist and redirect me to another medical center that opens early.Not sure if this receptionist is telling the truth??? Could it be too difficult to enrol me? . No other patients waiting except the Good Samaritan.. Funny enough I have read a review where soneone just joined yesterday?.. This could be a problem.

Took my old mum here yesterday looking for a new doctor as we have just moved up this way, doctor pinky was rude inpatient with no understanding of older people, mum was so upset, I'm so disappointed. And if u say we have no medical records we told not to bother with transfer. And I can easily drive there only around the corner. Wouldn't mind talking to the owner.at all.

A truly awful experience and if l could give them no stars l would. The reception staff are extremly rude snd seem to be on some sort of demented power trip in which they enjoy bullying the sick! The doctor seemed tired and disinterested. Despite the fact post surgery l was inflamed and in terrible pain I was diagnosed as fine and sent away. I saw another doctor at a different clinic 2 days later who confirmed that l had 3 kinds of serious infections post surgery. The whole experience was degrading and pointless.

I am extremely intelligent and competent I did my own Care super payout with tac reports. I find it really inconsiderate. It is all related to tac my constant pain and living alone for 10 long years. I have no friends here. No wife. Not even family living with me. It’s very boring. She doesn’t bother asking me any questions. She thinks that she is my psych. I told her that  I don’t want to find out which at the time she says she will respect. I do get her or psych to do most of the work as why. Now the Psychologist Dr. Nusrat Shamin New View Psychologist/Dr. Nobia Abidi both have been saying a lot to go to follow up neurologist appointment and that I should just find out as I will definitely get ndis.  I have already applied twice and both times rejected but they want me to apply again. First time failed she said must be because we did for pain which she changed to anxiety and the second she said it must be because they reason for refusing. She did not even let me input any information however both failed from not enough information. Today I had to let go my psych as for the final time I told her I don’t want to know how can I enjoy life. Few minutes later she brings it up again and it was the final straw. If she had of apologised immediately I would have continued on. Both are as bad as each other extremely unprofessional not letting me make my own decisions. Even the Psychologist today when I was going to book appointment at another clinic she told me I should her book with the General Practitioner she chose.

I have been attending this clinic for the best part of thirty years, along with my 3 children and numerous foster kids right up to the present. I have never found the ladies in reception to be anything but friendly and helpful. The doctors I have been treated by have always treated myself and all my kids with the utmost respect and professionalism and aren't afraid to refer us to another if they weren't able to treat us themselves.

We have been coming here for over 7 years and I called up to make an appointment today for my son and they told me because he hasn't been sick in over 2 years that that can't see him anymore. Why is this okay when the whole family goes here. I am really angry and upset. I won't be going there no more.

Staff and doctors go all the way in making you as comfortable as possible no matter what your condition. They always make sure you are happy with your time there. They meet and greet with a smile even when they are on the phone. If yo make a mistake with forms the just say “that’s ok we will fix it for you”.if you can’t get to see your family doctor the other doctors review your records before they treat you. It really doesn’t matter what doctor you see. The only thing missing is a coffee machine.

We have been attending this clinic for over 40 years and we have always had trust in all the Doctors there. Dr Kapadia is like part of the family.
