I recently purchased a property at Caves Beach through Shanti at SOLD Real Estate, and it was honestly the best experience I have had in dealing with any agent in the last 15 years.I have purchased a number of properties in the past and my view of real estate agents was very critical.Most agents simply open the door of the property on a Saturday and expect a commission cheque in the mail. No personalised service, no experience, no insight to the local area or opportunities to improve the residence.Shanti could not have been more of the opposite, she was highly engaged during both visits I made to the property prior to purchase, discussed the property in an insightful way, highlighting opportunities for improvement were possible, participated in friendly general banter and most of all, she was honest with me.I ended up paying a higher value for the property than I had planned to, specifically because of the service I recieved from Shanti. I visited the property with a builder colleague of mine initially and his perspective mirrored mine, just great service, actual service you expect from an agent. Shanti is without a doubt the one to choose when selling your home. It was always going to be Shanti to sell our home. She is the most experienced in Caves Beach, has 33 years experience and the hardest working agent I know working late in the night and from the frack of dawn to deliver, she never rests till she gets the job done. She has the personal touch is very careing and always remembers the minutest detail. Shanti exceeded our expectations and delivered, the whole time being very patient with me and I am not the easiest person to get along with.

Can't agree to the 5 stars reviews here and 2 of them are from Shanti and Ben themselves, it makes you wonder. My experience with this team is that they do not give you straight answer to your questions and tend to talk around a lot. They do not reply emails or return calls. I've dealt with many agents in the area who are way more professional and responsive. This review is not to bad mouth this company and I don't own or work for any real estate company. I'm here to raise awareness to buyers and sellers about my experience as a customer with them and you can make your own decision.
