Never been to Taco Bell before. I don't know the menu. We went inside not the drive thru. The place is very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But I didn't like my food and only eat half.

Went into the restaurant with my partner. When asking for normal cheese in our burritos, the worker proceeded write on the order “NO NACHO SH*T”, the worker also over filled one of our drinks causing it to spill. Apart from this, the food was good.

For a fast food outlet, it is nice and clean. The service was fast and efficient and delivered with lovely smiles. It is a fast food place so the food is fast food quality as expected so it met my expectations. Happy with my visit.

I had never been to Taco Bell before, but my kid wanted to get diarrhoea, so off we went through the drive thru. Friendly enough service. Photos show what we got, beef boss burrito box, and a chicken burrito and taco box. Sliced my buritto, then tossed it, it literally looked like the aftermath. Chips were soggy. Some random yellow dipping sauce with undetectable flavour. I threw my burrito out, and heated up a home made vege bake instead.Really needing GYG here in Cleveland at least, for half-decent Mexican.

What a rip off! Soft tacos with 3 tiny pieces of chicken with bit of cumin flavour- rest was tasteless, bland & tiny amount of filling. Fries over covered in seasoning & cold. I’mAstonished at how poor this food was. Shame on you Taco Bell - no excuse.

First the Annerley store, now here in Cleveland, Taco Bell has delivered both amazing service and outstanding prices. Most regular meals are less than $10, with chips and refillable drinks. You get the choice of meat and spice, with vegetarian options as well. Food tastes great and fresh, with something for everyone. I'd 100% recommend giving it a try. Be sure to ring the bell on the way out. Thanks to all the staff for great service.

Horrible experience I waited about half an hour and there was about 3 people in there also waiting they kept running away from everyone trying to order literally someone asked can I be served really quickly please and the chick said umm and walked away. Then they ran out of chips so we barely ate and we specifically asked for chicken and I thought surely you can’t mess this up too and we got beef so great dinner thanks

The staff doesn't look happy to be there and do the bare minimum.The food was ok when I ate it, but twice now got me uncomfortable after a few hours.Parking is very easy.

No atmosphere, music was so loud I couldn't hear the insolent kid behind the counter.As to Cleanliness, the store is in need of a deep steam clean. They obviously gently wipe surfaces clean, there seems to be a build up of grease from cooking. Especially on the pathway up to the front door.None of the staff looked to want the job or be there. It was 11:45 and not too busy.GYG will get my business in future.The drive through has tight turning with cats eyes installed to alert you before you damage your wheels with curb rash.

It's great value fast food, which is actually served without any delay, and at very reasonable prices. A nice mex lunch for 10 bucks. And they're the last chain to still offer free refills at the soda bar...
