Honestly I'll probably never be going back they give a massage worth $80 not $170 some of the staff are very rude. Other than that the place is very nice and everything is very relaxing just definitely not worth the money.

My husband and kids bought me a gift voucher approx$170 for a hot stone massage for mothers day. When I phoned to make the booking I was asked to leave a message and then we played phone tag for most of the day (whilst I was not very happy, the owner had apologised and said her usual attendant was absent). As soon as I had managed to book myself in I realised I needed to change the date so I phoned her straight back to rebook to which she acknowledged my need to rebook and yet (you guessed it) she wanted me to play phone tag ...again. I didn't play ball this time and just figured she would have just cancelled my appointment given that she was aware I needed to change dates.When I went to rebook a week or so later the attendant said my voucher code had been used" due to my non attendance. I explained that I had cancelled the day I booked and she asked to phone me back so she could clarify with the owner the circumstances. She immediately phoned me back apologising profusely saying the owner was still refusing my voucher due to my non attendance. Let's say I purposely didn't attend the massage and I hadn't phoned to cancel

I was given a voucher as a gift, so went online to book myself a hot stone massage. The process appeared ok however there was nowhere for me to enter the voucher code, yet a card was needed to process the booking. I booked ~2wks ahead. Not long after placing the booking, I received a call telling the time has been changed to half an hour earlier. And yes I was informed rather than asked.The online booking process had quite a bit about COVID which you had to tick and acknowledge but none of the standard health questions you are usefully asked by a salon or spa, I expected this to be part of the process once I arrived.On arrival I was not greeted by name, just showed to an outdoor seating area ( some beautiful others of which needs a little maintenance) and asked to pick one of three aromatherapy blends. I pointed out all 3 bottles had expiry dates of Jan 2021, it was Mar 2022. No real acknowledgement or apology. Also no questions about health issues, or areas to focus on or avoid.Then greeted by the therapist, who did introduced herself and taken to a warm and welcoming room. Once I was on the table, I could hear her opening all the cupboards and then she left the room, to return with a booster pillow for my feet. Then someone entered the room and quickly left. Nothing was said about either. It turns out it was someone coming in with tongs for the hot stones. Really didn't feel this the professional set up the website portraits. These are really basic things that should have been in the room already.The massage itself was ok but not very smooth flowing or symmetrical and the pressure was not consistent.I was given a nice pot of herbal tea at the end. However as I sit there drinking it, I see an email asking for or a review and telling me it has been paid by the card I provided at booking. So I had to then mention the voucher, it was refunded quickly.I would not recommend this place, following my one experience there.I did provide this feedback as I left but did not feel they particularly cared.

I just wanted to write a quick review to congratulate the team at Body & Soul for the excellent work they do and the beautiful tranquil retreat they have at Mount Cotton. I love purchasing gift vouchers for my friends, family, as thank you's for the business people we work with and for our long term clients. Whenever the gift vouchers are redeemed I always hear such positive reviews and I know that they people I send to them are being well taken care of. The team are always very polite and are talented beauty therapist. I can't wait to treat myself soon. Well done ! from Cindy Lee
