I want to buy investment properties. I asked for an inspection . No one answer me. They don't want business.

Not helpful at all stuck up staff and the office was not clean

The property manager I dealt with initially was great. After she left the service was terrible. Repairs were not carried out. Unhelpful

I had a good experience as a landlord and a vendor. The saleswoman had great communication skills and gave excellent advice.

I am not one to write many reviews but I am quite angry.SAL might be great for the owner of the property but when your a tenant and a really good tenant there is nothing in it for you.We lived in a property for 12 months, when moving in there was still cob webs, lots of dust, marks on the walls and lots of general cleaning to still be done. I listed this on the sheets to hand back once completing my checks.We lived 12 months with a broken bedroom window that had a crack in it and our back door was broken on the bottom hinge when moving in and not once did we mention or ask for it to be fixed.When something did go wrong and we asked it to be fixed we were automatically shifted the blame and said it would be billed if it was our fault.When leaving the property we left it cleaner then we received it but was still required to go back and clean it or get a cleaner for all of 3 things that are less then on my list above.As im heavily pregnant I could not be bothered re-entering to do touch ups as I've had to clean and move into another property.As the owner is the one moving back into the property I would have like to seen the same happen to us when moving into a dirty property. Where was our cleaner or someone to touch up before we commenced vacancy.Rather less then impressed as this is the only realestate I've ever had a cleaning problem with because my house has always looked like a show home upon inspections and end of lease.
