Matress quality less than average. One side has sunk.Warranty is non existent. They Force you to get it professionally cleaned at your expense and if they determine it's your fault they force you to pay for it despite this not being covered at any point during the sales process.Customer service is poor both with both staff and warranty lodgement website.Have lodged a formal complaint with fair trading waiting for them to step in and hopefully crucify these scammers once and for all. It's the only way to finally get them shut down as they don't deserve to be trading.I think the only reason they are still trading is because of Harvey Norman being a reseller.Avoid buying anything made by Sleep Maker. Less than average quality and even worse after sales support.Also watch out for their subsiduries too.

I will never buy a sleepmaker product again. After buying a $4,000 mattress it was found to dip very badly in the middle. After two trips back to the company the company refuses to accept there is a major problem with the mattress and will not honour the warranty. The company should not be allowed to sell its products catching out people with stinky products which do not do what they claim. My advice to anyone considering a mattress is completely avoid Sleepmaker products they are a RORT!!!

Our experience with Sleepmaker was DREADFUL. Our mattress was really uncomfortable and faulty - we went through the warranty service and they were really unhelpful, have terrible communication, make promises they can't keep, and after months of broken promises, didn't fix the bed. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Disgusting costumer service, 4 days ago I was asked to provide my phone number which I did, still no one from customer service has bothered to call me SHAME on you Sleepmaker Australia.Staff horrible , Appalling warrenty service terrible, Purchased a new king mattress with 10 year warranty, currently within 10 year warranty mattress has sunken and lost shape my wife and I combined weight 120 kg and mattress cant manage small weight which distorts mattress sent photos of faulty mattress now staff ignoring us.

Sleep makerWhere do I even begin?! If I could give them a 0/5 star I would....Please NEVER buy from Sleepmaker.The end of last year my husband and I purchased a Sleepmaker super king mattress from Harvey Norman.We were tossing up between the plush or medium and decided to go with the plush.We received the mattress a few weeks later and after a week of sleeping on the plush mattress both my husband and I started experiencing quite severe lower back ache.My husband has had back problems but I myself have never experience back pain so I new the mattress wasn’t right for us.We immediately contacted Harvey Norman about looking to exchange the mattress for a medium density but they informed us that sleep maker has no “sleep day return policy” which we thought was ludicrous! What mattress company doesn’t have a “return policy”?? How on earth are you supposed to know a mattress will work for you after laying on it for all of 5minutes in a store?Harvey Norman gave us the details for a Sleepmaker customer service rep and we contacted them about our concerns and they absolutely refused to hear us out - they insisted that we wait between 60 - 90 days for the mattress to be worn in (who has that much time for bad sleep?!?)So we did just that. Fast forward 70 days and at this point my husband and I are waking up daily stiff, exhausted and in pain.Sleepmaker was shocking - the only help they offered us was that they would inspect the mattress to see if something was wrong with it - all at our own expense.We assured them that there was likely nothing wrong with the mattress - simply that the plush mattress didn’t work for us.The customer service rep was rude, dismissive and patronising.They eventually said the only way we could get a firmer mattress was if we paid an additional $600 to have the mattress reworked.We contacted Harvey Norman again - and they were extremely helpful!They took matters into their own hands and worked with Sleepmaker to take our mattress in and have it made firmer.NOW THIS IS NOT EVEN THE END OF THE STORY!!Finally Sleepmaker collected our mattress to rework and gave us a temporary mattress while they reworked ours.After 1 night of sleeping on the temporary mattress I woke up COVERED in bed bug bites!!From head to toe - and I am obviously allergic because the bites continued to swell to the point that my eyes swelled up!HOW DISGUSTING???Thank goodness we got our mattress back and at least it’s comfortable now...The itching has finally gone away... but the taste Sleepmaker has left in our mouth will never go away!I am appalled!!!Sleepmaker customer service is wildly unhelpful and this honestly been one of the worst experiences of my life!!!Shout out to Grace at Harvey Norman Everton Park who went out of their way to help us!

Poor quality, poor after sales services. 18 month old mattress that sags and offers no back support, I have struggled with it for 12 months and was advised to do a warranty claim which they responded it was “body impressions” prior to inspecting the mattress. It’s a auto response email they send as clearly they know this is an issue with their product.When they took my mattress for inspection they conveniently damaged my foam section, didn’t tell me just tried to redeliver. When questioned tell me still nothing wrong with it. Logged warranty claim 17th of June still waiting for a manager to call me.I will never purchase a mattress from this company again. I would not even give this mattress away because of how poor the quality is and terrible nights sleep. Buyers look elsewhere.

we would definitely never purchase a Sleepmaker product again. The mattress we acquired had a price tag of $4700. reduced to $2800. Still we went ahead and agreed on the Sleep maker Conneticut medium. We were told to rotate the mattress every week for the 1st 6 weeks which we did. We were also told that the 1st person to bed lay in the middle! After 3 months it felt like we were falling out of bed. Sleepmaker took the mattress away to investigate and repair. The mattress was returned a week later. Still the mattress was not satisfactory. We complained again and were told to meet with the Sleepmaker rep. Which we did......he was arrogant and still would not admit there was an issue. Eventually the issue was solved. they had supplied the wrong mattress to us from the beginning. Still waiting for an apology from the Sleepmaker rep.

Go to Ikea and spend $99 instead!! Put up with really saggy mattress for 3years and had the top replaced and was as bad as before within 8mths terrible quality and pathetic customer service have wasted so much time talking in circles with Salu G.
