We recently purchased a lounge suit through Joel at Euphoria. This was after going to a number of competitors. The experience from showroom to delivery was excellent. Joel was not the usual in your face salesman. He asked good questions to establish what we wanted, then explained our options and the products, matching our needs to the products available. Joel gave us plenty time to sit in the various couches, explained features etc and never hurried us. He was brilliant to deal with. We also organised delivery for the next day. What excellent service this was too. Both men who delivered the products were courteous, knowledgeable and very careful to move the furniture in without damaging anything. They took care in assembly and showing us how the lounge suit chairs operated. Excellent service. Thank you to all involved. I couldn’t recommend these guys more highly. Speak to Joel for your furniture needs and the delivery guys were fantastic.

From the moment I stepped into this excellent furniture store to the moment the furniture I purchased was delivered, the whole process was seamless and professional. They are really helpful & know the products they sell and were happy to answer questions. Our dining table arrived earlier than originally anticipated, was delivered by the store's own delivery staff (a very rare and unique thing in this day and age) & the after sales service was brilliant. The lady that works there was also very friendly and professional to deal with. I would not hesitate in dealing with them again in the future and highly recommend Euphoria to anyone looking for quality items and proper service that you will not get from, let's just say a Hardly Normal" franchise."

Poor customer service, I was totally ignored. No 'hello, I be with you soon'....the staff member walked right past me and looked the other way after Id been there 5 mins and there were only 2 other customers in store.
