Not only dreadful service from their Ferntree Gully store but it carries to the head office. I’ve been waiting for a return call from head office 4 days and clearly they don’t care. No wonder their stores don’t understand customer service if head office doesn’t lead by example!!!I hope potential customers read all reviews before making a decision to shop at Dollar Curtains.

Dreadful service from the staff at Eltham, no follow up calls when my drapes weren't the correct size. 4 times they came out and the drapes were taken away. Would not recommend Eltham Dollar Curtains.
