I had a night a few days back i was on a bike freezing at jindabyne when i rang i got a not a problem we have a room ..on my arrival i was told leave your bike undercover at the entry get in have a hot shower before you pay . he had heaters on in the room to be hounist it was a incredible experience thankyou thankyou thankyou

The owners of this motel are rude and inflexible. Due to Covid I postponed a booking for 12 months which they happily agreed to at the time. 12 months later the owners text me and tell me they have sold my room for this weekend and I can have a small credit to use if I want to use it in the next 2 months. I requested a token refund and they refused to give any refund. I then said that I will keep the booking and stay as booked, the management said to late, we don’t refund and we have sold your room, if you turn up the police will be called …. NEVER EVER USE THIS MOTEL

It was frustrating, and time wasting trying to communicate with them to cancel our booking as we are in lockdown. First they claimed that booking.com refuse to cancel our booking, and after contacting booking we were sure it was them who refused cancellation. Then they offered to replace with any other night after lockdown till the end of this year, which is completely insane as we accepted to pay double rates in this booking to enjoy snow season, and this is the only time we can go from Sydney.

Spacious, clean, warm room. Friendly, easy-going owners - they gave us an upgrade because we were staying for a week. Good location. Quiet (important factor after long day on the slopes). Affordable.

The worst maintenance I’ve ever seen. Their response is very harsh and making unfair negotiations. As the COVID hits the entire state, we asked them to at least transfer our credit to next season. But they refused it and demanding to leave our money and disconnected the call. Please avoid booking with them as they are not at all genuine.

I asked this establishment for a cancellation and refund after NSW went into a state wide lockdown on the 14th August 2021, the owner/s refused my refund, because the original booking had stayed no refund. Booking.com rang and asked for a refund, the property refused, I lost $368 for a nights accommodation. There’s compassion for you !!

This is the only accommodation that refused to issue a refund through booking.com . Tried sending them an email directly and got zero communication.Next time I will choose a different accommodation that values their customers once this lockdown is lifted.

Friendly owners who had no issues assisting my family with any questions. They were kind enough to assist us with drying our clothes after a snowy day out. The kitchen served fresh and continuous breakfast with appropriate utensils. The accommodations itself was clean and tidy, ready for us. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay! Will be there again on our next snow trip.
