I have been looking for so long for a dentist for myself and son. I’m so glad I finally found my dentistry in Tailored teeth Mona Vale.From the initial contact booking with Bec on the phone to my appointment with Rick.Firstly Dentist nurse Bec made my experience so welcoming, she was so helpful and friendly. She really knows her stuff which gave me reassurance before and during my visits.Dentist Rick was so amazing, he was honest and no nonsense.Rick showed his true passion for dentistry which has left me feeling so confident that my teeth are in the best hands!He was upfront and was not forceful on trying to sell me on my treatments, stated what he would recommend and left the options up to me.I have always had a bit of a fear of the pain involved in treatments, but Rick was so gentle and thorough.They really make such a great team together and it radiates in your experience.The facilities are second to none with all modern, top of the line, new equipment without the price tags!Full X-rays on the premise so no need for extra appointments and back and forth, it’s a one stop shop!Parking is an ease aswell which is just and extra little bonus.I was made to feel like I was part of the family, welcomed and comfortable. They are so professional but with a sense of ease and compassion.Didn’t think I would say I can’t wait for next dentist appointment but I just can’t wait, I’m looking forward see them both again!!!If you have been looking for the right dentist trust me you will not be disappointed give them a call today!

I was long overdue for a dental check up. Got in straight away. Rebecca the receptionist/ Girl Friday and Dr Claire were just lovely and friendly and made the whole experience very easy.

Dr Rick has been my dentist for nearly 10 years, and I could not recommend him more. I've had broken teeth from grinding, root canals and crowns, and he always does a fantastic job fixing complicated issues. He takes a holistic approach to dental health and I always feel comfortable at his clinic, he is also very conscious of minimising patient discomfort. I have 100% trust in him with my dental health. Friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable, Dr Rick & Bec make going to the dentist a really positive, personal experience. They spend time making sure I’m always fully informed and feel prioritised, booking me in quickly in an emergency.

Was extremely impressed with ric at tailored teeth. His explanations are exceptionally clear and in fact he saved a tooth that I would have ignored. Found my three treatments very pain free.
