Rudest receptionist I have ever encountered

I tend to prefer to leave positive reviews only but I feel compelled to leave a brutally honest review on this one:Pros:Good productsActual finished installed product works great and looks greatOnce product is available install was prompt and fastCons:Absolutely rudest ever post sale customer serviceZero attempt to help with colour swatching... wouldn't lift a fingerand did I say rudest most unhelpful customer service ever?OK... maybe that's my main gripe...although maybe the tradesman could have cleaned up after himself better. I was left with 2 boxes of parts to the new doors that were surplus which I would have loved not to have to have dealt with - however he did an epic job of removing the old doors in one piece and packing them nicely for potential resale. Thank you.Michelle... here's a tip that's served me very well in sales; The customer is always right... now that doesn't mean they actually are but it's an attitude of mind which will keep customers coming back. A little courtesy goes a long way in the customer/supplier relationship... it doesn't mean you get pushed around... just good old fashioned courtesy while you bring your customer around to your point of view :)courtesythe showing of politeness in one's attitude and behaviour towards others.

Great service. Michelle on phone was considerate in the planning and Jason got the job done quickly & clean. Repair to double panel lift door.

Highly recommended. I rang up regarding my roller door needing repairs and the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. They come out to inspect the door and were able to fix the issue the same day.
