Great auto carwash, buy 4 and get one free - $8 a wash. How good is that! Friendly staff. Wish it was 24 hrs like Cannon Hill for Car Next Door car sharing cleans.

When buying a car wash ticket under the 2 washes for $30 offer, the staff tell you don’t worry if you don’t use the second code in 30days, bring it in the store and we’ll reactivate the second code for you. But when you go to get the second code reactivated into the store after 30 days, the staff give you grief and explain to you that the second wash needs to be done within 30days of original purchase.

I had the pleasure of speaking to your Manager, Jody, just now asking about fuel prices. She very kindly told me that she couldn't divulge that information and explained the reason why. She suggested I watch Channel 7 fuelwatch each night as they seem to get it fairly right. I said I would, and she'd be seeing me either later today or tomorrow. She said (name of sales assistant) was fabulous and would be more than happy to look after me. She gave me the impression of being very proud of her staff and very sincere and positive. You've won a new customer!! Such a huge difference from my earlier call to my regular servo whose staff member very rudely said she couldn't give me the price and slammed the phone down in my ear. Guess who lost a customer today??? It most certainly wasn't BP! :-)

Review about the car wash: very cheap, but not really good. Poor wash stream as if the machine has prostate issues. The drive-thru is VERY narrow so be extra careful. Mirrors get knocked around every time it moves pass. I guess you get what you pay for. I may still visit because it is really cheap.

Come here every day to refuel and get car wash once a week, my employee has a BP card. Service is shocking the tall dark guy can’t be bothered to even talk to you to say hello, you have to ask for a loyalty card for the car wash. I’m not paying but I’m going to find another BP that at least the cashier says hello and musters up a smile.

There is a sad story for a big company like BP to don’t come investigate customer’s matters and leave the problem unsolved. I washed my car in their Autocarwash but after that I recognised some new scratches on my car,my car is brand new and I had it less than 45 days and those scratches came from Auto wash.They told me to send them pictures of scratches and at the end they didn’t accept their responsibility and denied to do proper investigation and cover damage.Please didn’t wash your car in any Auto wash, BP is a big company but as a customer they didn’t do fair investigation.I am going to make a Facebook page and share my pictures and I will leave the link here later.

Used the car wash, good value however it ripped my antenna off. Fixed it with tape however it has a bit of a fuzzy noise now. Nice store attendent.

Clean and tidy, great staff but too expensive and the petrol doesn't give you any extra kilometres to the tank.

This BP is comparable with others and is pretty standard. The prices of fuel at this particular stop are often very high compared to neighbouring stations. The convenience store contains a decent range of items and is accompanied with somewhat friendly staff that provide fast service as you would expect.
