Really was unsure and worried how reliable this would be, but turned out to be a great experience. They took the bag, it got placed in a secure spot, I was given a tag and felt reassured. Came back, grabbed the bag. Zero issues.

Wonderful, easy service. I’ve used many bag storage areas at train and airports, which are often stressful and don’t work. Bounce was hassle free. Being able to choose various locations was very useful.

Reliable and easy to use.If you are going to the airport but there is still some time to spend, here’s the workaround for you. Store the luggage here for 8 hours and you can you can enjoy south bank to the fullest before you resume the journey.Do keep the tag well because they don’t scan qr code or ask for PIN code when do the retrieval.

So easy to do! We dropped off our suitcases so we could have a swim at Southbank for a few hours before heading to the airport. The process was really simple. Definitely recommend.

Was tricky to find the actual location and needed to ask around (used google maps to take us to the actual spot) for the place. On retrieval of luggage didn't realise that we needed the scan code or PIN but assistant in shop said they would sort it out. We know for next time now though.

Very helpful staff, nice and seamless. Only complaint is advertised hourly rates but couldn't modify on app and paid for whole day.
