Excellent service. Very hospitable and efficient. Loaned me a good 2nd hand tyre. Ordered my tyres , rang me when they arrived. Fitted promptly and did an alignment whilst I enjoyed a coffee in their lounge, and then I was pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable ( much less than expected ) cost and I got to keep the good 2nd hand tyre. Thanks to Jeremy, Chris and team. Definitely highly recommended.

The staff were very rude. Unfriendly. And aggressive. A staff member Gave racist remarks when negotiating price. Saying we dont negotiate in this country you can do that in your country" . And "with a name like Youssef you are definitely from Australia." I also had to ask him to lower his voice when speaking to my mother as she couldn't hear him properly. Extremely disappointed and angry with the sort of treatment i have received. It was extremely racist and unacceptable in today's world. I would never recommend this place to anyone. So rude."

Great service ast the right price

Great service. Went in expecting to replace all 4 tyres. We were informed only 2 needed replacement. They ordered in brand required that matched or original ones at a great price. Highly recommend!!!!

Terrible and rude customer service! I went to highway tyres on 5/03/2022 after booking in for tyre change for two cars. I had confirmed the pricing and the model of the tyre as well as the appointment time couple of days back. On arrival i parked both my cars at the side of the property. I was rudely told '' That is not our property. If you need your tyres changed you should park it inside our property''(please note- i had no issues parking it inside, its just the tone and the body mannerisms raised at the time- more the way it was said than what was said)Since i had two small kids inside one car(which needed only one tyre changed ), i requested him to change that one first so that my wife can drive back home with the kids. He refused and said he will only do the other car first(which had more tyres to be changed+wheel alignment) for no specific reason. He was quite aggressive in his behavior and we ended up arguing and i said his behavior was unacceptable. He then changed his manner and agreed to work on my wife's car first. My wife noting his behavior searched the reviews for the place especially the one star reviews- we noted a previous review by John B. mentioning giving wrong tyres(pilot sport 4 instead of pilot sport 4S)- we had ordered the Pilot Sport 4S. I had already paid the money so i insisted on seeing the tyres before he put them on my car- Lo and behold -it was the pilot sport 4-which was the older and cheaper version and not the 4S and he was trying to sell it off for the price of 4S. I refused to let him fit the tyres and asked for a refund. I told him i will write a review about this experience and asked for his name. He said his name was Peter. He tried processing the refund but was unable to do it because he didnt have a password from the headoffice. So he told me to come on Monday for the refund- i asked him to write a credit note where he has signed his name as Jeremy. I believe his actual name is Jeremy, as i had spoken to Peter on phone for the quotes previously and he was a very pleasant man to deal with over phone.I have never written a google review before but the appalling behavior and the cunningness of trying to get colleagues in trouble (by giving a false name) has prompted me to write this. And just like John B.'s review helped me, i hope this review may help someone else.

The service at highway tires Geelong is always excellent. Prices are generally the most competitive in town. They can fix a tire in minutes, usually at no cost; they’ll get your car in when you need it with zero fuss; they'll offer handy advice on how to make your driving experience better. They just get the job done in a professional friendly manner. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
