After years of searching i have found a hair saloon who knows about thin hair. I had extensions trying to hide my very thin hair after a visit i am now tbe proud owner of my own hair and enjoying it.

I asked to get my roots done to stop my regrowth and they changed the whole colour of my hair back to my original colour (that I spent heaps of money getting lightened).I said it was darker than what I wanted and she said it would fade with toner. 4 washes of toner and the colour is still heaps dark and a completely different tone to what I had before they did my regrowth".Soooo annnoyed. I just wanted my roots fixed

The staff here are AMAZING... and not just at hair. I went in for some much needed TLC with my newborn and they went above and beyond to help me with him while also making sure I enjoyed my me time ... I love this place

Love it.Great service.Special mention to Sam for always saving my hair and making me feel like a princess when its time to go out.I love how all hairdress work as a team and share one anothers expertises ..Cant wait to come back next time xx

Janelle was so sweet and lovely, asked multiple times what I wanted and talked throughout what she was doing so that there was no room for error and in the end I loved the cut. Felt listened to, products used were very high quality and the little extra touches were so nice. Defs will be back.

Worst customer service experience ever! Christmas Eve and made appointment at 1.30pm with my daughter. At 2.30pm still sitting there with people going ahead of me because apparently they made their appointments before me. Addressed the wait time with staff and was told pretty much to bad with one of the girls saying ‘you could have just left!’. It is now almost 3pm and my daughter is still getting her haircut and my hair well Merry Christmas I need to do it myself!!!! Don’t normally leave google reviews but this was a very bad customer experience.
