Goodfrey Fyshwick Superstore is 100% the best place to get products and industry knowallge. Staff aren't pushy with sales and take the time to interact with customers while explaining the product in simple terms.Chris helped me understand what products fitted my needed and wants. Also finding products and brands I am already formula with.. which is a huge thing as I have neurogicial damage which isn't noticeable to everyone. Even talking the time to show me a product that fitted my needs more then another product which protentailly could have cost more.I will be back in the next few weeks to purchase a bundle of item. As the customer service was outstanding and honestly unforgettable.After careful consideration. Taking in account my chronic health, disabilities including sensory issues. Chris directed me to a Wertheim series 7 with a diverter. I honestly couldn't be happier with the results. Picking up pet hair with ease while being quite for a vaccum.I have posted a photo of the diverter and the dust, hair and other things it has picked up. Keeping in mind I vaccumed this morning with my previous vaccum the Gold Sauber. This is from my seating area only!Highly recommend going straight to Chris for all Godfrey products. The perfect example of a good Employee .Engaging with customers with a positive attitude. Honest and integrity, Problem-solving abilities, approachable, confident and an excellent salesperson.I look forward to returning in Feb for a carpet cleaner and protentially other applies also.

Staff friendly, helpful. Bring your patience with you especially when in waiting while staff attend to customers, everyone has a different need and some require a bit of patience. Staff gave an excellent floor demonstration of products and were informative on any specials or packages. Overall service great!! Happy with my purchases.

Godfrey’s Fyshwick were awesome this morning. Took my Wertheimer vacuum cleaner, cleared a blockage, fixed a broken latch and had it running like a new one. Michael did this on the spot wth no charge. Brilliant after sales service.

I inquired, over the phone, at Godfreys in Fyshwick about an i-Vac X10 stick vac on Friday. When I got there I was told by a nice chap that they had a demo model" and it was at a reduced price. No box but full warranty! Of course I bought it! Who wouldn't. When I got home it wouldn't charge and when I rang the store I got an immediate apology and to bring the stick vac back and they would exchange it for a completely new one at the same reduced price! The vac works great now and I must say that it compares very favorable with the Dyson. Easy to operate very and easy to clean and it sucks

The only reason I am giving this review two stars is that they had spare parts for my vacuum as the hose was blocked and that I was approached as soon as I walked in the door. Otherwise the gentleman who served me - named Nathan - was passively aggressive and in a poor attempt to be ‘funny’ made me feel disrespected.It’s a real shame as when I called customer service I spoke to the nicest gentleman. Anyway, cheers to him. Manager of Fyshwick please take action and encourage your employee to adjust his attitude.

*BUYER BEWARE* *SCAM ALERT*We originally came here to replace both my Electrolux vacuum (which lasted over 10 years) and my parents Vacs vacuum (which lasted over 20 years).In the past year and a half we have now gone through 7 (yes, 7!) vacuum cleaners from Godfrey's, ALL OF WHICH stopped working anywhere between it's first use, to the best we got was 10 weeks. We've blown about two grand at this dodgy shop now, they keep claiming that it just needs a clean, or an upgrade to a bigger model, so we follow their advise and spend more money for the exact same results. Please note that I'm also only in a small apartment with only a few of carpeted rooms to vacuum, total space to vacuum would be about 40 meters square (minus furniture 20 meters square). I cleaned their terrible vacuum cleaners twice every use (not just emptied but cleaned filters too), which you simply shouldn't have to do for 3-5 minutes of vacuuming (literally more time cleaning than vacuuming), vacuum still stops working.Multiple times have taken vacuum back, they charge $150 to fix, vacuum came back with exact same error light on and not working when I got it back.Family now has 7 vacuum cleaners from these guys, all ranging between 3-15 months old, ALL used between 1-10 times, all expensive, all not working. This shop is a scam.

Purchased my Wertheim SE2000 from this store late last year. Excellent service by Simon - and the shampooer hasn't skipped a beat.

I went to this store to buy Miele vacuum bags but was treated like I was non-existent by the sales staff who was selling a vacuum but didn’t even bother to acknowledge me even though I was waiting at the counter ready to pay. What does it take to have a little sensitivity to others? I may have only been making a low value purchase today but when I’m in the market for a new vacuum I won’t be choosing Godfrey’s. This is not the first time I have been dismissed like this at this store. Not good enough.
