If you would like a burnt coffee that tastes like dirt, and that is better come to this place. Can’t even fill it properly.

Visited here over the Easter break. Donuts were delicious and so, so fresh! In store can go from being the only customer waiting to order to having a queue and sea if people waiting real quick.We tried the milkshakes, chocolate and strawberry. Both were far too sweet, was not enjoyable.

Great salmon bagels when they have the ingredients avqilable. sometimes they're out of stock with some ingredients. The coffee can be good depending who's making it. easy drive-thru.

The order was good. Had Shake n Glaze.But They do need to clean spider webs on the intercom machine and the walls next to drive thru window. They seem yucky..For krispy kreme workers!!!if you guys have come across any relative on driv thru, please keep in mind there are people waiting in the queue.Before me, the lady in the car and the girl in the driv thru spoke for about 5 minutes. Even though her coffee was ready as soon as she came on the window.Be professional and act professional.

0 stars actuallyWalked in with my wife, ordered 2 coffees (one almond milk and one normal milk) and donuts. Was given the donuts right away and went to the table waiting for the coffee. Waited and waited, nothing. No one at the coffee machine. Place was not busy so I would have excused them.I went to the counter and asked the girl who served me how long it will take to get our coffee. She said Ahh sorry. She totally forgot about it even though she only served one person after us so was quiet.I said no problem at all. She made the coffee and I went to get it. She put the 2 cups (same size) on the counter and looked at me and looked at the cups then she was hesitant and pointed to one cup and said this is the almond milk one.I was like that's too much. Then had to taste both to make sure which is which as my wife can't have cow milk.To add insult to injury, coffee was awful, both of them. I ordered mine extra hot but it was like warm.Donuts had bad taste from the oil.Not going back again.

The guy who took the order did not care at all. Barely listened and needed correcting.Two Sampler Packs and a Hot Chocolate was requested.Somehow that was put through as a sampler pack and a box of basic glazed.He didn't tell anyone else about the hot chocolate and went on break. You could see him on break 5m away at a table.Thankfully, another staff member was excellent. Quickly made my drink, corrected the doughnuts, and then made the drinks for the two customers before me who also hadn't received theirs.Yay for the young lady who worked hard and never stopped.

Not a great experience on07/06/23 420pmOrdered a Hot Coffee combo deal TakeawayAttendant who took my order and gave Donuts was super nice and welcoming.The lady at the coffee counter who made coffee looked like she was not enjoying her day out there.I Ordered Large Latte got a coffee which I felt was just as good as petrol station Machine coffee. Melbourne peeps take their coffee seriously .I think they can do better if trained properly and work culture can be a little more welcoming as it resonates when serving customers.I will try again to visit for sure as just one chance to a business is not good attempt.

Donuts were so expensive, I got charged $32 for dozen donutsAnd online it says $24 I showed them the price online and they didn’t apologise and they gave me cash back instead of how I originally paid.Coffee was very watery probably the worst I’ve ever tasted before.
