Pho Queue Vietnamese Soup Kitchen
Crispy pork and meat quality in pho is good.However I am not a fan of the premium broth, it has a strong herbal flavour that tastes like Chinese medicine.And those expensive bowls of pho are just normal pho with lots of meat and bone marrow. I don’t think that much meat makes the pho taste any better, which makes me think the balance among meat, noodles and broth might be more important than the huge amount of meat.Also quite a lot side dishes and drinks on their menus are not available.

So disappointing! I’ve eaten there before and it was lovely but this time not so much. We ordered 2 bowls of rare beef pho, however it came out with tripe and all the other bits in it. We told the waiter and he took it away, when our sscond bowls came it was the exactly the same. My partner speaks Vietnamese and heard them saying to put the bowls out the back and wait 10 mins.I’ll never eat there again!

So far the best pho I have ever had in Brisbane!! The premium broth definitely deserves the name as it has that special meaty beefy taste to it. The chicken salad is best with heaps of hoisin sauce on top!

I splash out on the premium broth every time but I’m confident the standard broth is absolutely delicious as well. There’s just so much flavour that you absolutely have to finish the entire bowl no matter how full you are! The flash fried beef is delicious, house made lemon iced tea is great too.

Food was really nice apart from baking paper still being stuck to the underside of our steamed buns. Service was really below par. Took half an hour to take our order. No water provided for the table. Food took 45mins to come out. It seemed like most people in the restaurant were thinking the same about slow and unhelpful service. Won’t be back

NO FOOD SAFETY AT ALL ! I ordered twice a Pho soupe (pick up) . I explained twice that I was PREGNANT and to make sure that the beef is FULLY COOKED and NOT RARE. The first time they served it half rare. Thankfully I checked the meat before I left the restaurant and asked them to cook it. The second time I explained the same thing. PREGNANT and beef needs to be fully cooked. This time I asked them if it’s fully cooked because I am pregnant they said yes. When I arrived home, they only cooked the top of the meat that was showing in te container and the bottom was rare and noodle FULL of beef BLOOD! I would avoid this place as they don’t follow any dietary requirements even if you specify it and wouldn’t trust the restaurant hygiene.

Premium broth was ok, high sodium, a little murky not clear, low aromatics, about 3-4 pieces of thinly sliced beef. Shopfront looked awful and it’s didn’t quite all work for me.

Another one of my favourite places to get amazing pho. This is place is sister to red lotus. I have dinned here several times and the quality is always consistent and super tasty. Highly recommend to visit this place. I had the seared beef pho and my husband had superior pho.

Premium pho place in brisbane. Cracking pho is cold. Ordered the best seller dac viet 6 and pho dac viet 2 luxury which is fantastic. Very generous portion as well. Deco is ok only. Waiter is nice but don’t understand English very well. Beef is fantastic though. Generally recommend but definately a place to come for the pho.

Wow, I booked in for the DB-9, the most expensive bowl of Pho in Australia. This pho is like no other I’ve ever had, so rich and flavourful, it truly has to be experienced to understand the depth of flavour. If you’re a pho lover you need to do this even just once in your lifetime. I found it was best shared as I was unable to finish it due to the sheer volume of broth and delicious meats. The inclusion of the marrow bone is epic as well. Thanks Leighton and crew for making my evening great!
