EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILLEGAL TO NOT HAVE A REFUND POLICY!! have been dealing with numerous suppliers and have never encountered a business as unprofessional as maxpack. The owner John has no idea whats going on with the business! After discussing with two different managers and agreeing on returning a product that was purchased two days prior i was given the run around and then once it had been approved i sent my driver to huntingdale to only be refused the agreed upon credit note by John. He then tried to blackmail me that if i bought more products he will think about giving me the credit note. Beware of this company!There are many other companies which provide the exact same products, cheaper and better customer service. I have since changed suppliers to PLUSPAK and i have no complaints whatsoever

Good for bulk packing items but the party items are a little dated.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ! Crooks is an understatement they will take your money and give you damaged stock with no change of refunds. There return policy is once they have your cash you will never see it again. The owner John is money hungry and has no skills in customer service. John has to leave or sell the business as soon as possible. NOT HAVING A RETURN POLICY IS ILLEGAL. This is a company of crooks.

WE ARE BASED IN ADELAIDE & HAVE BEEN PURCHASING ENVIROGREEN DEGRADABLE BAGS FOR OUR RUBBISH BINS FROM THIS COMPANY FOR A WHILE, ONLY TO BE TOLD TODAY WHEN TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER THAT THEY ARE BANNED IN SA & WE CANNOT PURCHASE THESE FROM MAXPAC. I CALLED THE ADELAIDE OFFICE OF THE EPA, THEY ADVISED THAT IS NOT CORRECT, DEGARDABLE BAGS CAN BE PURCHASED AT HARDWARE STORES, SUPERMARKETS EVEN LOCAL COUNCILS SUPPLY THEM FREE OF CHARGE FOR YOUR VEG SCRAPS ETC. I GUESS THESE GUYS HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER, WE WILL SOURCE THESE BAGS ELSEWHERE.
