Our usual destination for grocery since 2020. Experienced great customer service throughout. You can find a wide range of items in almost all the categories.

Hard to find the opening but once you’re in it’s so clean! In the central square and super convenient.

The trolley wheel locking system is ridiculous. I had a full trolley of shopping and my car was about 20 meters away, so I had to leave my shopping unattended in the trolley to do a few trips to move everything in my car.

Meat is filled with gas preservative and ground with water. Nothing really good to say about the store unfortunately. Too expensive. Staff was rude.

The shop is lovely and (cool on a very hot day) They were so on the ball that they had already put aside the lotion which I left at the till and didn't realise it until the next day.

We dropped by this Woolworths for some groceries. This is a very large branch with a huge variety of grocery, personal care, beverages, fresh vegetables and lots more.

Woolies generally treat there staff poorly ... Which flows to customer experience. I won't go back there... Nor will I visit or recommend friends and strangers to go to other Woolworth stores until they improve staff care and respect for customers.

Woolworths is one of the largest supermarket chains in Australia and I recently had the opportunity to visit their Subiaco store. The store is located conveniently near the Subiaco train station with plenty of parking places available around if you are driving there. Overall, I was rather impressed with the shopping experience. The first thing that impressed me was the cleanliness and organization of the store. The shelves were well-stocked and easy to navigate, and there were clear signs indicating where different products could be found. The store was also well-lit, which made it easy to read labels and find what I needed. There are also sufficient shopping trollies and baskets for the shoppers. The stall space is rather big but you won't feel that it is congested although there are quite a number of shoppers.Another positive aspect of the store was the wide range of products and produces available. There was a good mix of fresh produce, meats, and seafood, as well as kitchen and household items. The store also had a good selection of international foods especially on Asian products and produces which will benefit someone who enjoys cooking a variety of cuisines. We bought a whole fresh chicken from the store that morning. The staff at the store were friendly and helpful. When I had a question about a product, they were quick to offer assistance and point me in the right direction. The checkout process was also efficient, with a number of cashiers available to reduce wait times. There are many self-checkout machines available as well which are easy to use. The thing that I feel uncomfortable is that the self-checkout machines have cameras that captured your face. The performance of the self-checkout machine is also a bit slow as it took a while to change to another screen after you have scanned an item and tried to scan other item.Overall, I was pleased with my experience at the Woolworths Subiaco store. The store was clean, well-stocked, and offered a good variety of products and produces. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick and easy just that the machine was a bit slow. I would definitely recommend this supermarket to other shoppers.

This is the only supermarket in Perth where someone is allowed to smoke virtually outside the entrance door. There is man who sells the Big Issue there. Every time that I go to the supermarket he is smoking there. When I went there yesterday he was smoking. Behind him were some blankets and the area looked really grotty and like a homeless encampment. I don't know if he lives there.According to the WA Health Department:The Tobacco Products Control Regulations 2006 (external site) made under the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 (external site) prohibit smoking in all enclosed public places including those on licensed premises. These regulations apply to all public premises, including: shopping centresHe knows that it annoys me, and this is why he lights up a cigarette when I go past. But I also think that he probably does it all the time anyway.I am going to report this to the WA Health Department with details of when I have been there so the cameras can be checked.

Hopeless lack of staff at the checkouts no one wants to go through the self checkout with a full trolley just jamming the checkouts with trolleys to try to force people to the self checkout is poor service. The only staff member Anthony needs to be moved from the checkout might have a disability but just scan and pack the bags mate preferably without dropping items, half packing or asking if i want to mix hot and cold items even though had 6 big bags. But most disappointing is you shouting at someones kid for moving the plastic divider is not on being poor at the job is one thing but this is unacceptable.Think somewhere away from customers would be best or somewhere simple like stocking shelves. Xmas present for all the customers.
