Had lunch at the Gerringong Deli on 2/3/23. Three vegan sandwiches were great. Chicken burger quite ordinary. You can’t please everyone all the time and I was okay with that. However, the young girls behind the counter were very sullen and unfriendly. People have bad days and I get that too. The clincher for me was being overcharged. What the menu online suggests is not what is advertised on the chalkboard in the deli and different again to what I was told over the phone when I queried the charge. I phoned the deli number of time and left a message and I’m still waiting for a reply. If the owners want to reply to this review I welcome the conversation.

A very busy little café on the Sunday morning we visited. Can get quite loud due to the acoustics of the place but was a great experience. Ordered some basic breakfast items and the coffee was brewed nicely. Staff were pleasant and happy to help. Dog friendly out the front of the café also.

Love heading to this place. Food, coffee and staff are amazing!!! Highly recommend a visit to anyone heading to Gerringong!!!

Ordered catering (cakes, fruit, sandwiches) for an event. Jason provided delicious food and excellent service, even for some late adjustments I made. Perfect amount of food received, great price, and a no-stress process. I would definitely order catering from here again.

We brought friends from Sydney to The Deli for breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. The service was great and we all agreed our meals were all delicious! The food also came out promptly despite the cafe being nearly full.

I went here for a lunch. There was a wide ranging menu and they were reasonably priced. They had some locals and treated them well and knew what their coffee orders were. Friendly and good old fashioned servoce.

Went in for breakie this morning. Great food and very friendly staff! Easter Saturday and the shop was packed, yet meals didn’t take long and were delicious. Great coffee too!

Cute cafe with great food and coffee- we were very happy with our meals.Smoothies however disappointing- barely tasted like the fruit they were meant to be. Alongside that, my friend asked whether she could have a berry smoothie with a single banana added in (for a cost of course) and was told no she would have to purchase BOTH a banana smoothie and a berry smoothie separately. As someone who has been managing a cafe for 8+ years I have to laugh at this- just very inhospitable.

Best cafe in the world! Burrito 5 stars, brekky roll five stars, would have loved to try the mushroom omelette but hubby doesn’t like mushrooms. Would skip the smoothie but everything else fantastic
