I used to buy from here all the time but now the quality of products have gone from like a 9.5/10 to a 3/10. when I got another betta it had ich and I then treated it it and he's doing fine now. I thought it would be a one off thing. but recently like a month ago I got some peppered cory's and 1 of them died within 2 days in a cycled tank that had been running for 2 months. and then like 2 weeks ago i bought 3 guppies being 2 females to one male which 2 of them came with ich and then died 3 days later even after treatment.

Eric and the team were very friendly, attentive and helpful in setting up and teaching me about how to set up a fish tank for our local school. We got a great discount too. The kids are going to love their aquarium!

Best selection of fish simple as that, staff are nice have been a bit pushy but it’s not a problem. From a store layout perspective best I’ve ever seen, been a weekly visitor for years and there’s always new stuff, this store is literally massive and awesome

The service here is excellent. Professional staff, the level of knowledge here is astonishing. Eric is the owner, I met him 12 years ago and was impressed by his manner. Went back recently and spike to his son Kevin who is a chip off the old block. Cannot say enough positive things about this store.

Wow amazing the staff here absolutely so friendly talked about getting Fish Tank an aquarium set up for my wife, super genuine and really ready to help. It’s the first time I’ve ever walked into an aquarium and actually saw not one dead fish and stuff cleaning the gravel on every single tank, that’s amazing I highly recommend these guys and I will be coming back shortly. Definitely my favourite aquarium store in Sydney! Used to travel over an hour to get there but now that I live 15 minutes away I find myself there nearly every week.Always happy to answer any of my questions. Their tanks are always clean and livestock healthy.I recommend them to any of my friends that are thinking about keeping fish!

No trip to Hornsby is complete unless you pay a visit to ARC Aquariums. It has a wide range of fresh and salt water fish species as well as various fish foods, aquariums, and equipment to run your tank. The staff that work at ARC Aquariums are very friendly and knowledgeable about all things in the hobby and the massive African cichlid tank at the front of the store as you walk is a must see. Highly rated!

Was absolutely blown away by the customer service shown to us by Fin! After being in the store for only a few minutes he came up and gave us a friendly greeting and saw to our every need - and we were there for a couple of hours!! He was so helpful in his advice about what fish to get as well as what mediums would bring out the best results for our tanks! Seriously can’t thank you enough Fin - we’ll be back for our every aqua need!

This place is amazing we drove an hour and a half to visit this place and it was 100% worth it. It's not only cheaper than my local aquarium but has a vast range of corals. They were very patient and amazing knowledge.If you are looking to get into the hobby or already have an existing tank this should be your go to!

From fish tank with best equipment available on the market , to a little snail and copepods to seed your newly established tank.In case you feel like you can't afford some items, friendly and responsive staff always happy to negotiate.This place is not your regular LFS , it feels like you paying a visit to your friends and family....
