We've chosen Alex on three occasions in the past two years for overhead fan installations (2) & recently to troubleshoot & repair our hot-water system.Alex does what he promises in terms of arrival time & even has an arrival tracking app to advise his imminent (~10min) arrival to the client's phone.We don't seek his or competitor quotes as his prices are fair & know he is reliable.We trust Alex & that is important.He even recommended urgent plumbing repairs having tested the hot-water tank
