The COVID period wasn’t great for my golf. I developed a self diagnosed “Golf Ball Anxiety”, and as a result my handicap blew out from 12 to 20. I had lost the fun and enjoyment of the game and was just about to give it away for good, howevera golfing friend recommended Erica at Health By Hypnosis in Strathalbyn as it had helped him tremendously. I made an appointment.Four weeks and Four sessions later I am back into a 16 handicap with 6 of my last 8 rounds ‘flagged’.I now have a calmness about my golf game that I haven’t experienced before. I am able to let go of a poor shot and also not be affected by external factors. I have regained my ability to focus and, to see and execute the desired shot. I am once again enjoying my golf. Also, as an aside my Lawn Bowls have also improved!I would highly recommend Erica and her golf hypnosis program to anyone who has those couple of holes that can ruin the whole round either via frustration or doubts about your shot making.

I went and saw Erica on Wednesday for sleep hypnosis. I have been struggling with getting to sleep and staying asleep for so long that I cannot remember the last time I had a good night's sleep.It is now Saturday and I have had 3 nights of amazing sleep :) Last night I did not wake up once during the night! The feeling of waking after a full night sleep is something I have not felt in years!I highly recommend Erica and cannot thank her enough for our hypnosis session.

I was a little sceptical about making an appointment with Erica but had done a little research on hypnosis and decided to go with an open mind. All I can say is that the whole experience was amazing. Erica made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away. I went to see her about weight loss and my anxiety and from day one I have not looked back. I am not snacking, in fact, chocolate is the very last thing I want to think about and I find myself slowly loosing the excess weight I have been trying to loose forever.We also worked on my anxiety and Erica gave me new insight to what triggers it and what I can do to control it. I would highly recommend Erica to anyone. She is very professional and so easy to work with. I am so happy I decided to give hypnosis a go.

My session with Erica was incredible. She made me feel extremely comfortable as she guided me through past life regression where I experienced a connection between my higher self and naturally received answers to many unanswered questions. It was a very emotional yet therapeutic experience where I was able to connect with my higher self and heal in a holistic way. Wow what a relaxing and informative session. From the very beginning Erica put me at ease with her explanation of Hypnosis and her gentle voice. I was given the techniques to put into practise which I am still working on as it has been a very long time with little sleep. I will continue to see Erica and would recommend her to others.
