Customer service focused!!!! Very happy with the quick response from the Aussie tree solutions team, after having a few minor issues when removing some difficult branches from a large gum tree on a neighbouring property. Will definitely use them again and will recommend thank you.

Aussie tree solutions came out to our place and gave us a quote for our job, a few weeks later i phoned and asked to go ahead with the quote and when can you do it. I was told i would be phoned the next day to arrange a time and day... a week later and two phone calls asking why and when the job will be done and i could not get a straight response...they were waiting for the managers to arrange jobs for the following week, we should be on the list I'll call you back this afternoon... three days later and still no response. Maybe the job is too hard for them or they don't want the work...well thats fine but be professional people!!!!

Not used their services. And I will not.If their level of competence is anything like their level of competence driving their trucks, I would be very worried about what they would destroy dropping trees.They are dangerous on the road.It's kind of funny, because I thought I would check out people's reviews of their business, only to find others have complained about their driving as well.I wouldn't trust them.
