WOW is probably the right word to start this review off with. Keat and the Build 7 team recently renovated all the bathrooms in our home and there really is nothing that we can fault with the process or the finished results. From the very start of the inquiry stage through to consultation, quoting and the actual work, it was truly an easy, stress-free relationship. Keat himself was always very responsive in our emails (and believe me, there were many, many emails!). Even during COVID lockdown, he maintained a steady stream of communication to keep us updated on the restrictions and potential start dates.We always knew it was going to be that little but more challenging renovating existing bathrooms that already has a set layout as compared to a brand new build. We’ve had trades that either file it away in the “too hard basket” or provide some ridiculous quote by trying to coax us into using readily-made vanities or shake their heads and claim it can’t be done without damaging our existing floor tiles. Yet Keat’s attitude was never once, “No, that can’t be done!” and always, “Let’s see how we can work around it” – I’m still in awe that in the entire process, we didn’t damage or have to replace a single tile!All the contracted trades engaged to complete our renovation were punctual and professional and left our home as tidy as can be at the end of their workday. We currently still live in and work from our home, so you can imagine how much that was appreciated.Highly, highly recommended! So much so that we have recommended them to a few friends and am also planning our next renovation project with them.To the whole Build 7 team, here’s to all the growth and success you deserve!
