Substandard finish on an air conditioning return, poor layout and planning of roof space lead to 2 vents being cut into our cornice leaving us with awkward looking hallways. Refusal to change or fix issue. Layout of roof truss / poor planning / poor quality control. Dismissive and rude. No walk through to finish defects led us to have no shelves in bathroom, half painted items. No commutation with water points / gas points. Finger pointing and lack of control. Maybe if Onassis spent as much time looking at their developments as they did selling a masterclass on Facebook we wouldn’t have been left with an air condition return cut into the side of our hallway and a chopped off cornice.
