Absolute first class experience! I got married mid-December, and me and my groomsmen were suited exceptionally well in InStitchu tailored suits, and I can't recommend it more.We were taken through our process with Richard Morisey, the assistant showroom manager in Perth, and his expertise and professionalism shined through at every step of the way. I had a bit of an unusual request in the colouring of my suit for the theme of my wedding, and rather than telling me it wouldn't work, or bulldozing me with what he thought he could pawn off like some of the other shops I had visited prior to InStitchu, Richard was keen to make sure that my vision for the suit was entirely intact from start to finish, and that he was there to guide me through the general dos and don'ts"

I had the best shopping experience with Taliana and Dene. They were most attentive, accommodating and made sure the suits looked exactly as we wanted. I could not recommend this place enough because of them.

I got a couple of shirts made here. Overall my experience as a customer was good. Ll the staff were happy to look after me. I'd recommend a freind to check the place out. If I had my time I again I'd go for the more expensive material, I think it would be well worth it.Cheers

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Institchu in Perth for a fitting for my friend's wedding. The experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff, particularly Dene, provided outstanding service. Not only did they take precise measurements with meticulous attention to detail, but they also created a warm and inviting atmosphere. To top it off, they even offered me a glass of wine, adding an extra touch of hospitality. Institchu exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a personalized and memorable tailoring experience.

I booked an appointment with Dene at Institchu Perth CBD to discuss the option of commissioning two bespoke made to measure suits. Dene was very friendly, professional, and hospitable, and offered us wine and whiskey when we first arrived at the boutique. Dene was very patient and walked us through the process of designing my tuxedo and jacket, and offered his professional opinion on the various styles and options, bearing in mind that our wedding would be held in a tropical location. What I really appreciated was that Dene was not pushy at all in regards to choosing various options/alterations to the design of the suits (some options or alterations required a top up of extra cash), and was very professional and objective in providing his opinion, which was customer-centred. I am looking forward to seeing how my tuxedo and suit would turn out in a few weeks time!I would definitely recommend Dene at Institchu Perth CBD to anyone interested in commissioning a bespoken suit!

Had my suit custom made here, and we were looked after by the very talented Nathan. Nathan has extensive knowledge in his field, and is very flexible with what the customer wants. He offers advice depending on what you are looking for, even if it goes against his suggestions. Ultimately the result was a great fitting suit; and I'm already thinking about getting another one done, just because.The customer service is absolutely spot on, you're very well looked after as soon as you step inside. All the alterations came back on time, and each one was meticulously and carefully adjusted. Highly recommended!

I had a three piece suit made for my wedding and the finished product is fantastic. Nathan V. Provided a friendly, fun, first class service.From start to finish Nathan expertly guided my fiancé and me through the entire design and fitting process sharing his knowledge and passion to ensure my suit was perfect for my body type and style.For someone like me who has limited knowledge in fashion and suits Nathan’s insight was invaluable and put my mind at ease. I will definitely be back to see Nathan for any of my future needs.

Got my wedding suit done here, and I’m very much satisfied by the work they’ve done. Stylists Nathan, Taliana and Micheal all have been very much helpful in giving us suggestions and being part of our personal journey. Fitting, fabric quality and service we got is impressive.

I have started my journey with Institchu with Frida back in 2019. She has been great at understanding me as the customer of what the customer wants and needs. since then her team grew. Most recently, Frida and her team (Nathan, Michael and Taliana) has helped design a suit for myself and my wife! Using same fabric. It was my wife's first custom suit as well, and she loved it! So well done Frida and team. Keep it going, and it is all about understanding what the customer's needs and being transparent about limitations of what Institchu can and cannot do.
