Staff vary at times, recently fantastic. Very sweet Asian lady could not be any nicer. Great service, coffee, cakes and atmosphere.

Was quite shocked at the small quantity of the breakfast as compared to the other lovely cafes in Albany. Coffee was under average, was more milk only. Wish I should’ve taken a photo of it.“this is how we do or you have to pay extra” was the only rude response we received on asking them.

Had a great breakfast, food was great and service was nice and friendly. The long black was weak and the hash brown could've used more time in the frier, but other than that, it was all perfect.We had a big breakfast and eggs Frederick.

Great service. The coffee was good and hot. The food was fantastic. Have eaten here many times when in town. Always good.

Love this place, the half serve pancakes were loaded with banana and proper cream. Tea in a pot and plenty for a few cups. Atmosphere was a little lacking, maybe needed some good music. Comfy lounges with some privacy were an added benefit, great to read a book or do some work. One downside is that there isn't any wifi. Definitely a go to place when in Albany.
