On the 12th of January 2023 i sent a complaint email to MTA regarding their member Motorcraft Crash Repairs, 422 Churchill rd, Kilburn, SA5084Until today the 2nd of May 2023 nobody contacted me although i asked to send an assessor.MTA and their board should ashamed of themselves.Disgusting to see such people within the MTA are representing the Motor Trade.I accused in my long email to MTA that Motorcraft lied to me.They ruined an over $100.000 worth Motorhome.They kept the car for a year and painted areas i did not give approval to. They painted areas which did not need to be painted.The quality of paint job was of a beginner apprentice.Motorhome is now 3 different colours. Rear of vehicle, front of vehicle and centre of vehicle are all different colours.When they welded they burnt the vinyl floor. To change the floor complete interior has to come out of the motorhome. This includes showers, fridges, kitchen, electrics, furniture. They did not replace the damaged vinyl floor.They did not use welding sheet/curtain. Welding arc burnt both barn door glasses. Motorcraft did not pay or replace damaged barn door glasses.Motorcraft left over spay all over the vehicle.They forgot to seal repaired areas and rain water went on furniture.I could write a book about lies and thousands of dollar damages to my vehicle.They charged $8800 for repairs and they did more damage.Over one year those liars told me come tomorrow, come in 2-3 days we will start the job, we will fix.
