Since seeing Spiro I have been able to refocus my priorities and get more from life. We have focussed on breaking down unhelpful belief systems and thinking styles and also on managing pain resultant from a major injury this year. Prior to my first session with Spiro, I had done a great deal of research in the mental health space with a focus on pain management. Spiro has helped me to tie it all together and has helped to reset my outlook. Simple, non intrusive and effective. I have all of my sessions recorded and revisit them frequently to help keep me on track. Thanks Spiro!

We started seeing Spiro with my 8 year old when he was so sick he was only getting between 2 and 4 good hours a week, and only getting to school between one and two half days a week. We were all at our absolute wits end. Yesterday (2.5 months and 6 sessions later) we walked out of his office with a laughing, happy kid who is making it to school every day and enjoying life again. (He is also on some medication) but the help that hypnotherapy has had in expediting his recovery is incredible and his specialists are blown away by how well he is doing. The improved sleep and going to bed feeling happy and positive has been vital to his recovery and his ability to make his own mind focus away from his discomfort so that he can get on with his life has been instrumental in the improvement we've seen.
