Now Living

With Now Living we where supported every step of the way. From browsing building plans, to finance throughout the building process to handover of the keys. Very member of staff was easy to talk to and ensured that every step of the way was as simple as could be. Getting finanace was not easy but with the help of Now Living my soon to be husband and I where able to purchase our own home at the age of 22 and 25. We now have our own home to raise our family and can not praise the support of Now Living or recommend them highly enough.

I have been through a living hell dealing with Now living, the sales person I was dealing with promised us so much which never came but in reality it was just to get us to sign up with them. The workmanship was poor and rushed (get in and out asap)and for covering up mistakes on the build(from putting on the wrong roof which I did not request) but was told I had to make do as it would cost too much too change , then they bribed me for the mistake with the roof with a few more paving stones which was pretty much threw down ,they have told me countless lies which has caused us so much stress , they have turned our dream home into a nightmare.* DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY * it’s not only the poor workmanship by their contractors it’s the Now Living staff stay clear of this company!!!!!

It all started with one email to a phone call.The team at NowLiving helped us with every little thing we needed to build our first home. The staff are always easy to communicate with and helpful we are very excited to achieve this the NowLiving team thank you.

So far we have been very happy with the Now Living team. We initially had some financial issues that the finance team (Ashton) worked hard to resolve. We have Found Derryn very helpful with and informative with any queries we have had with himself and Courtney promptly replying to our emails. At this point in our build I would defiantly recommend Now Living.

*Do not trust this company*Lied to repeatedly during the intial sign-up and planning stage, Costing my investment thousands with the size and outlay of my house.Make no mistake Now Living only want to build the cheapest most Lucrative house possible for them, And don't care the end result you are left with.Also I was given outlandish quotes for Variations not long after contract signing over double what a tradesman would charge.Be sure to go over the fine print and don't trust this company at all if you make the mistake of signing up with them.When my concerns were raised they pretended these issues were not their intensions and gave me a small deal sweetner at minimal cost to them. Put my life savings into this build.....*Big Mistake**Steer Clear**Also Just experienced poor after sales service*Full of promises at handover but full of excuses when a problem is brought up.Paving sunk badley on the driveway 4 months after install and was told it’s my problem because I didn’t pay for landscaping to protect the edgeing. Was ment to have a 1 year warranty on the paving, clearly they don’t give a dam after the property is in your hands

I bought my house in 2014 with now living was dealing with lady name Tracy. They couldn t let me bring building inspections person. 1 year later every second corner of the building its cracking ,paint was so bad its coming off. Toilets, security door, flooring and electricity thoughtout the house so bad I had to get replacement for them. I will never recommend to anyone. They builder so horrible they rush everything.

My husband bought the house with this company since 2016. The roof was done not very well and got the gaps to cause to rodent problem, there was a deep gap between door frame and floor, nail pop came out in living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We paid money to repair the roof gap and pest control. Now we have to deal with nail pop issue and our friends said to us that’s ridiculous for our new house only six years and got so many problems!

After years of being knocked back by other builders and banks saying we couldn't afford to own our own home, we were close to giving up. It wasn't till we came across Now Living that our hopes were restored!We're currently in the construction stages and have been looked after in every aspect. Sales Consultant, Derryn Mastrangelo, went above and beyond to meet our needs/budget and put so much effort into helping make our dream of owning our first home a reality.Soon after our first appointment with Derryn, we were introduced to Ashton Young from the Loan Company; who helped us attain formal finance approval! (Something we thought would be impossible). Ashton was so thorough, professional and helpful. He made the finance step smooth, fast and easy.Choosing our internal/external features was so exciting and fun with the help of Courtenay Barry from Now Living. She provided great advice and was helpful in every way. Being part of the BGC Group (WA's biggest building company) we were so happy with the quality and wide selection of features we could chose from.Thanks to the team at Now Living, we now have a beautiful home with excellent finishes. Excellent builder! They have been in regular contact with me all the way through my development and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. My initial contact Derryn Mastrangelo was very professional and made the whole process extremely easy from design right through to starting on site.

I must say that i wouldn't have thought that my dream of building a house would come to fruition. This was made possible and as well accelerated by Now Living a company that i now hold dear to my heart. From the sales department to draft team through finance department. I must say as well Derryn (Sales consultant) was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and skillful in making sure my dream is articulated on the floor plan of the house. Well done guys.
